It's amazing we finally got a Stage mod in Sonic P-06. Apparently Beatz is working on a Stage Creator framework so that anyone can create their own as well!
I think ChaosX made a post, stating the he was helping...unless he was joking.🙄

Just think, there may come a day when we get a full SA/SA2 remake with P-06 mods alone. What an amazingly talented fanbase.
Gotta love when Sonic 06 is made better by the community instead of having them complaining about how glitchy or awful it is to their taste

The original is still glitchy and awful as it always was, this one is a different game built from the ground up to work as a better version of Sonic 06
and make an entire game run great
What? You think this fan game somehow makes up for the original S 06? It does not and there is nothing wrong with people calling the original out for the shit it is.
I’m not saying this game makes up its flaws,as sonic O6 will forever stay as the broken game with a lot of bugs and glitches, what I’m trying to say is it’s better to make things better instead of just infinitely arguing about the games negativity
If P-06 Stage Creator became a thing now. Hopefully someone would volunteer to remake/reimagined the 06's stages into something different

This Shadow model looks pretty gorgeous imo.
The character models from 06 (proportions, overall design) are probably my favorite in the entire series.

To be honest I never liked the 06 models but I did get used to them after a while

Anyone else notice the "Golden Beetle" stand-in at 4:42 ? Man, this stage mod is cool. Can't get over how well Beatz upscaled the textures either!
Funny thing. BeatZ didn't actually upscale the textures. Good lighting goes a loooong way

Not exactly true, I did upscale certain textures, it's a mix of both original and upscaled

@@BeatzYT Hey Beatz, out of curiousity, where'd you get hold of the level model for Radical Highway? I found one on Models Resource, but the UVs are messed up on it.

the lighting in this is amazing. for me, its almost perfect
This is a seriously good mod! The way the level's been tweaked fits in well with the physics and aesthetics of P06 itself, and it's definitely cool how it takes cues from both _SA2: Battle_ (reenacting the bit in the intro where Shadow grinds down the bridge) and _Generations_ (being able to do the level as Sonic). Makes me excited as well to see what the future holds for level mods like these!
This looks insane. If theres a way to make them move faster + faster loops its just perfect. Great job
This is a really cool mod. I would love to other stages like Red Mountain and Windy Valley.
We are getting to the point where people are modding a mod the Sonic community is some dedicated people and I love it.
P06 is not a mod, Its a remake.
The fact that it looks and plays so well, Honestly, ChaosX is a savior

How an SA2 remake should actually look
I personally still love to see Shadow skate like crazy the same way he did in SA2
I’d love to see Lethal Highway, Space Gadget, Lava Shelter, GUN Fortress, Circus Park, Cosmic Fall and Sky Troops next.
Been waiting for this to happen as well as new characters. This looks like a real remake of sa2 lol
Mods like this always serve to highlight to me how low the top speed in Sonic 06 really was. Watching this was like watching someone play SA2 in slow motion.

I would love to see P-06 become what generations became to the modding community. Imagine having full remakes of levels from the Adventure series and Heroes, even Shadow the Hedgehog.

I always loved Shadow and radical highway. Just showed how utterly badass he is. Idek this was even in 06 tho I thought this was just adventure 2 but nonetheless this is still AWESOME!! The graphics look so dang awesome Id love to play this😆✨

I've seen this mod being played on many TH-camrs and they always do the same, spin ball. I think someone needs to come out with a speed mod, especially since we are getting map mods from more faster Sonic games.

You don't gain momentum going downwards like you would in sa1 and 2. That's basically the key reason p06 still feels sluggish to play.
Would be cool if the developer tried to incorporate it since I don't see how this could break 06's og level design if done correctly

Why does the game play look heavily sluggish? The only time it seems that speed was added was when a spend dash was used / rapid fire as done in adventure game. Towards the end when the loop towards the goal ring, when the speed cap was lifted the game actually looked as character actually had speed.

Speaking of ShTH stages, can you imagine how _gorgeous_ Sky Troops would look like with this lighting? I just wish we could still use that G.U.N walker (easily the best vehicle in the game IMO), lol.
