Ma'am I followed your recipe but just increased the ingredients and ratios to cater for around 20 people. Thank you, the pot was exceptional and your instructions superb👏🏻 Greatly appreciated!
Oh wow! So happy to hear that it worked out for a larger quantity 😊 thank you so much for giving it a try and for leaving this comment, I really appreciate it
Very well explained. Your chicken curry looks very yummy and delicious.Thank you for sharing another of your recipe. I like the way you explain the process.
Oh my!!! That looks amazing. I will have to try and replicate! Thank you so much! I knew it was going to be great just by the spices you added!. Cheers!
I am liking this new presentation style, the old music was a huge turnoff personally. I have made you tinfish curry, tinfish breyani, chicken neck curry, sausage chutney, fish roe chutney... and more regularly. Messed up the hake medallion chutney though, and I have never managed to make a half decent mutton curry. This voice presentation does capture more cues to cooking than the recipe blog does, thanks!
Thank you! The old ones were when I just started food blogging so I was an amateur 😅 and background music was the easy way out. I am updating my old videos and old blog posts as well because my old photography was not on point 😂 I look at them now and I'm like what were you thinking! Glad to hear you've tried those recipes out, the hake medallion is delish and I really do hope you nail that next time. Thank you once again! Appreciate it
@@eatmeerecipes Thanks, hake medallion was still great, just that it ended breaking into tiny pieces and I kinda like the enjoy the segments more rather than shredded. It was more stressful to steam them correctly, and I failed then. I was thrown into the deep end and the blog helped me a lot, only recently have I been figuring out the small details though, like how much to cook out onions in different recipes, and the best point to add in tomatoes and again how much to cook them before progressing.
South African food and food from India is quite different, me being South African, this is how we make it 👍 yes "chicken curry" originated in India but like I said we make it differently, I have been to India and I have tasted the curry there, it's completely different
Okay, went onto the website to put the full Step-By-Step in Notepad and... *You do realize someone will just go "Eh, Im typin' this entire recipe no matter how long it takes!" and not listenin' to yous request? Plus callin' me "Naughty", what am I? 5 Years Old!?*
Thank you. All your recipes are so easy to follow. Looks Yummy, a must try❤

@@viskim1593 don't over steam them, that's when they tend to start shredding 👍
Which brand chilli powder do u use
Special mix from Gorimas, just ask them over the counter

Why so mild???
It's not mild, we actually have our food really spicy so depending on your chili powder/masala you can adjust accordingly
This is origin from India
