i spilled latte on my a2681 keyboard, and now some of the keys are not working.
i looked inside before, but other things are okay i think. just keyboard is a only problem
in this case, may i replace full keyboard to new one? or just cleaning like this video could work?

If only few keys are not working you can try cleaning first. But after cleaning keys are might stop working again. I would recommend just replace the keyboard. It’s the same steps as shown in this video.

Hi, I spilled tea with sugar on my computer that is a2681 also. Service provider said the only thing that affected is keyboard not any other components but also they said there is no chance to replace keyboard only or cleaning bottom side of buttons, need to replace topcase. Is it correct? Because your video proofs it is not correct. What should I do in this case?

It is a tough question. There are services offered that only replace the keyboard.
The keyboard is fused to the top case. For my M2 it cost 400$. I damaged it after 4 months of use. Ouch.
If you can get hold of the keyboard only, then yoy will need to fasten it with screws to the top case.
I find it rediculous, that a keboard for a MBA is 400USD. It is a joke. I will never buy a Macbook ever again.
