I like walking the strip. Last trip, I was there 9 days and averaged 30,000 steps per day with a high of 44,000!
Yikes, but definitely have been there!
I’d love to try downtown, but I only get out to Vegas 4-5 times a year. I enjoy the strip too much I guess
I’ve never heard anyone compare the two areas like you guys did. Great job! As a routine visitor to Vegas, I can say your analysis is spot on accurate.
Thank you so much for the kind words, we appreciate your feedback back! Like we said in the video, we love and always have fun in both areas, but they are different experiences. Thanks again!
Can’t wait for my first trip to Vegas in September!! We’re staying a whole week and staying both on the strip (M-F) and downtown (F-M) to experience it all!!
Go Vegas to collect $$$$$$
Not donation to casinos
😂😢😂😢😮😅😊
Both are fantastic, but Sebastian said it perfectly “if you are looking to party go downtown, if you are looking to explore, go to the strip”
Maybe you could do a video on all the hotels that have been renovated?
Great idea, thank you for the recommendation! Stay tuned and thank you for watching, we appreciate you!
Hey Sebastián, Kristine and Carlos! 😊❤
Hi there, thanks for watching and always supporting, we appreciate you!
Thanks for the video! Very helpful. We are staying on the strip, but definitely will enjoy Downtown as well!!
Great comparison!
Stayed on the strip probably 10 times and did the south point my first time in vegas, this week I’m staying at the downtown grand for the first time and really looking forward to experiencing Fremont!
Ohhhhh, Downtown Grand!!please share your experience here, we are really curious! The location is perfect!
Just drove through there. Looks like it's recovering from a nuclear strike. Good luck!
Stay on the strip, visit Freemont usually once.
Love the brisket fried rice at 8 East at Circa.
Hugo’s Cellar at the Four Queens.
Stayed on both areas. Twice.
If I had to choose based on just the FUN factor? Fremont. Hands DOWN!
While the rooms are smaller and older, they're typically pleasant. The food, drinks and gambling are less expensive, and it's a MUCH more FUN place to BE. Unless you want to spend a lot of money to show off or you brought your kids. Otherwise? Hit Downtown!
On a sour note, I WILL miss the Tropicana. First place I stayed in LV. Tragic that it's being torn down to build a baseball stadium.
Well, that's the STRIP - BIGGER, FLASHIER, BRIGHTER!
Great video. It makes me want to split my next stay.
Great info guys! For me I rather stay and play at Caesars properties more variety of games and denominations plus eating places. And I like to talk to people not from Hawaii while in Vegas lol
Yes, that’s what I’ve been doing because of the comps at CET but lost $20K in the past 6 months in slots (I believe due to the terrible odds on the strip).
Oscar's at the Plaza is better than a lot (most?) of the Strakhouses on the Strip.
Any idea how to access promotional code for LOVE?
Couldn’t be more wrong. If you are looking to party. Check out the Vegas clubs, especially at Resorts World and the Wynn.
That there opinion like yours but don’t tell someone’s wrong. I don’t like that bougie boring ass strip clubbing but that’s me. I love the chill non clout chasing vibe of downtown and off strip clubs.
Any comments re: buskers or crime strip vs downtown? Or police presence? Are the street circles seen on Fremont actually enforced?
Buskers downtown. You do have some on the strip, but mainly just characters wanting you to tip them for pictures and the showgirls. Downtown is best for street performers that actually perform. Heavier police presence downtown too. The have a police substation near Heart Attack grill and yes, they do enforce the circles. We have seen police telling a few people that they had to stay in the circle. Hope this helps and thanks for watching!
Is Main Street and California not as noisy at night as the others right on Dt Fremont?
Do you know if THE STRAT does status match with Caesar’s Diamond ? 💎
Can you take the bus to downtown from the strip?
Yes, the Duece is the bus that runs from the strip to downtown. You can purchase a two hour pass for $6, a 24 hour pass for $8, or a 3 day pass for $20. You can also ride the Loop for free from the Strat to downtown.
@@EXREPUBLICAN What is the loop?
@@bd942459 It's a free shuttle that runs to areas throughout downtown. It will only go to the Strat on the Strip. Numerous TH-cam videos about this...
As far as children in Vegas....please just don't. Why on earth??
I honestly hate downtown. Tried it a few times, but never liked it.
Why do you promote Uber and lift? I prefer a taxi.
Great question, I’m glad that you asked. In all of our experience. Probably 500 plus nights on the strip and downtown. This year alone we’ve already stayed 33 nights (we may have a problem 😂) Ride share has always been less expensive and faster. Again, that’s our experience. We’ve taken taxis, shuttles and ride share and ride share has always been the best deal. Thanks again for this question!
@@NinthIslandConnection Yes $15 and Shuttles to LONG..
