They verify just major activities,somewhat exaggeration is not hurtful also if your LOR is from someone notable then they might check it but if it's from your school teacher or stuff they won't care

One piece of advice, if you're looking for finance and in a place like New York, you must not settle for anything below top 10 US MBA programs, because unlike IT, in finance, there's no demand for we'll educated personnel, so you need to have a great profile for work.

There is still one thing that I am curious about, that is Sangeet had almost 4 years of experience. In my case I am currently carrying out a company project alone here in south korea as research assistant (Master student here). I wanted to apply for Stanford MBA since my bachelors but I knew I don't have much experience So I came here for opportunities. But still, I know I wont able to get 2-3 yrs of experience here in korea after master cuz of language barriers. Do you have any recommendations or if you could ask Sangeet particularly considering my case that what should I do. Maybe you can consider moving to a country which can offer you more opportunities easily. Or even your home country. You can apply with 3 years of experience.

Both. your undergraduate university is just a part of it. So it doesn't matter to a great extent. So you should select your undergraduate college as per QS Ranking.
I have doubt that first everyone work in a company at least 2 year then they start studying MBA. but some people who had no work experience they also doing MBA .What about them? if completed In job scenario what are consequences they want to face ? what are pros and cons that joining
You are good to go I think. Not everything can be perfect. So don't worry about your GPA. Start applying from 3 years of experience, and if you wish to, keep applying for 2-3 more years to Harvard, Stanford and Wharton. The more you apply, the more experiences you will collect for the coming applications. So there's no harm in applying with 3,4 and 5 years of experience until you finally get in.😎
Also with each application per year, take GMAT again and again so that you score above 760. This will put you in 99th percentile. Also you may take TOEFL again and again to score higher.
@@arpitagarwal2390 actually you have scored pretty high....but by just scoring above 760 you can put yourself in 99th percentile category. So that will make up more for your GPA. I m telling you to write it again bcz I think you have the potential to score as high as 760, 780 or even 790.
Yeah one of them is a CA but another guy venkat sreeram has pursued mba from iim lucknow tho it doesnt matter the experience matters there are 3 directors who were appointed and they come from total different backgrounds one with bcom + CA, one with btech+mba and the last guy with just a BA degree
