Those little bookmarks came out so adorable. I love them. I never thought about getting into sublimation simply cause I don't really have a lot of space or the money to I invest in getting started but who knows maybe one day I will change my mind. Hi , What EZ press you looking @ I purchased on of Amazon ,it came broken some pieces,I didn’t pay attention it’s coming from China ,when I did a claims to Amazon they told me that company should refund the money because I have to bay $200 for shipping back the EZ press and I bought it for $260 . The company from China they said they want to sent the broken pieces and till this moment I am waiting. Finally yesterday day I took it out of the box and it’s horrible to use . So I lost $264 . I am so sad and Cricut EZ press it’s hard to use for shirt for sublimation. I make shirts for my son small business.
My Sawgrass was just delivered today. Do you mind doing a video on sublimating a mug using the Cricut Mug Press and an image or sentiment from the Sawgrass? This is my first time with sublimation. I also forgot to order sublimation paper 🤦🏽♀️.

I do not plan to sell items so worry that the printer heads might clog if not used regularly or the ink might dry out. Do you have any thoughts/experience with those issues? Does the ink last long (it is much more expensive that other brands?)I do love the projects that you have made using the Sawgrass software and am sooo tempted.
I am still extremely happy with my Sawgrass. Yes, it can be pricey but I personally feel better investing in a quality product. I also like that it self cleans itself and is intended to use sublimation ink. Hope this helps!

It was a really hard decision for me to decide between the Sawgrass and converting a printer into a sublimation printer, but in the end I really liked the idea in investing in a machine that is made specifically for sublimation. I really like the software, the templates provided, and that the printer allows me to make print selections based on my substrate so it can print accordingly. I just like that this machine's sole purpose is sublimation and it is made to work with sublimation inks. Hope this helps!
Ok, I am lost...so this Sublimation template, I take it comes when you buy the Sawgrass SG500? I just wasn't for sure where this CS( Creative Studio), (Like Design Space) came from! Learning something new everyday!!!!! thanks so much for the info!
Sawgrass printers come with their own software called Creative Studio and there are templates within the software to aid in sizing and designing. Hope this helps!

No, you cannot use regular ink. You have to use sublimation ink with your sublimation paper in order to create a sublimation print. You would have to convert a printer into a sublimation printer or purchase a sublimation printer, this cannot be done on a regular printer with regular ink.
There is a paid version and a free version. I am using the free version. As with any software, it should have routine updates but I don’t know what the specifics to the updates are. :)
Hi; My granddaughter drew a picture of her mother. I was wondering how much would you charge me to turn the image into a svg file; so I can put on a t-shirt or canvas bag for my daughter. Please advise. Thank you.

Could you have done these bookmarks with infusible ink or are they not compatible with something like metal bookmarks - these turned out so pretty
I believe you can, but I went with a sublimation print because of the detail and pattern that isn't offered with Infusible Ink!

The digital paper pack can be used endlessly, as you purchase and download it.
