This is the all new Redmi 12 and straight away, the first thing I noticed is the photocopied design. It looks identical to three or four phones and on the inside it has almost the exact same specs as the Tecno Spark 10 pro. So how good is it and who should buy this, well I hope you enjoy watching this one.

To say xiaomi copied tecno is an insult bro. Its like saying a lion copied a cat . Tecno phones is a joke. Put up this xiaomi in the area of durability and quality and it trumps any tecno u throw at it and it's not even a midrange xiaomi phone. Let me clear u, this is a low level phone in the xiaomi family, whereas it will pass as a flagship for tecno. Comparing xiaomi to a tecno. Nah mehn
No lies bro, I got myself a Redmi a2+ as my second phone. I was surprised how good the battery last, camera did well with good lighting for such an affordable price. It even got better after I installed the updates running on Android 13 despite being an AndroidGo edition. The Redmi 12 is a good machine and I even see it to do better than the galaxy a14 correct me if I'm wrong.

I recently got the redmi note 12, 8gb RAM, and 128gb ROM, and really after watching your comparison with the A14, that's what prompted me to buy it, It's an amazing phone!!!
If only the camera was a bit better.
But some say it can be fixed with gcam but i don't know about that.

I have the Note 12 4G and 8GB virtual Ram with Snapdragon 685 of processor, i have been using it for 2 months... The phone is really Good and especially for the price!

The moment Transsion improves the OS update cycles and security updates. Alot of people wouldn't mind using Infinix, Tecno or Itel, at least I wouldn't. Tech youtube needs to do some more advocacy on that.
Exactly, they’ve done pretty well hardware wise, they just need to give more software updates
They also need to kick their "decorative cameras" habbit - they need to chill with that. Just throw on an ultrawide - no need to try load up a dozen camera sensors on the back which do nothing. I reckon they should also think out of the box and add a feature to match Redmi's IR blaster. My suggestion - FM TRANSMITTER. Hear me out - Transsion sell phones in Africa and other emerging markets right - our cars here are mostly grey imports, a lot of old models and base models that don't have Bluetooth on their car radios. I'd love to see FM Transmitter become a staple on one of Transsion's brands - or a least on one product series.

I said the same thing about the camera design when I first saw it, but lets be honest these phone brands aren't coming up with anything new especially for their entry level/ mid range devices
there is a reason why they are entry level and mid range, for me im just using Xiaomi 13T pro, and will be changing to 14 pro next year. The HIgh end flagship does a huge difference

"POCO" brand is a mess. My 155k x3 pro went dead 2 months ago after I updated my phone to MIUI 14. Money wasted and phone will only be 2 years by September lmao. Had to go pick my old itel from 2017 and IT STILL CAME ON DFKM (underated brand)... Been watching reviews so I get something decent in the entry level without having to worry about "my phone just HARD BRICKING ITSELF on top of mumu updates.

Indeed, a copycat of Spark 10 Pro, with an ultrawide camera and Xiaomi's MIUI. It's been launched recently, of course, but I'll go for the Redmi Note 12.

I have this problem with REDMI 12 , both Instagram and Facebook reels and videos are unwatchable , I feel like I watch them on 4 FPS if not less, SO embarrassing for a phone that just come out in 2023 , I USED to have a phone that make out in 2015 and run video just fine without any fps lag .... anyone with the same problem ?

I do not recommend Xiaomi-Redmi for Europe. The Google Play store does not allow Dawnloads from the store. Equipment dies when trying to update. It happened with my Redmi note 12 Pro+. Xiaomi / Mi does not assume the problem. Very strange phone.

Yes...Redmi 9 was great, redmi 10 was kinda somewhat sidegrade, redmi 10 2022 probably fix something in the software, Redmi 11(Poco m5 i think) was a great upgrade because of the chipset.

They might have copied spark 10 pro in the camera design only (even though Xiaomi already had China exclusive devices with that same design since) but everything else is just Redmi 10 all over again so if we were to say we can say spark 10 pro copied Redmi 10
