to be honest, they have the same speed, its just that I notice that you are using the redmi 12 in your left hand and your right handed that's why it appeared like the redmi 12 is slow when opening the app. you're not hitting the right spots in your left. I hope that make sense.

Depends on how you treat your phone.. because, if you drop it, even if the phone doesn't brake , it might give green lines.. as for the camera I don't recommend either of these phones.. go for a Samsung at this price range.. maybe A34

If you are going to buy it to play pubg, do not buy Xiaomi Redmi Note 12, but Redmi 12 is good for gaming. Redmi Note 12 has 30 FPS in Pubg, but Redmi 12 has 45 FPS in Pubg, so Redmi 12 is better.
