    *Great **Latest.Bike** . I upgraded the pedals, added fenders and installed a handle bar extension to raise them. Now it’s a pumped out E-Bike. I love it.*

    Great video. Just purchased the 2020 RR5. I live in San Diego county which has BIG hills and mountains. Steep climbs are my normal ride. I'm a long time road biker but I am 74 now and my legs just will not handle the climbs any more. Hence the RR5 which I am hoping will help.

    thank you from France for your honest point of view on this huge bike. it really seems confortable and stable and it is exactly what i'm looking for... i am 5.9 ft tall for 190 lbs..i have a Giant MTB full suspended for sport but i do need a bike like this one to go to work and let the car into the garage...will probably order the "rhino" in black and gray colors in the next few days.... the Rover is not sold in Europe any more. the price is very interesting (1599 € or 1699 $) .will probably add a rear rack and a bottle stand. great video by the way . ;-)

    Hey Loved your video I just bought the Radrover Gen5 2020, and I bought it for the same reason you did, Im gonna eventually change the controller and add a bigger volt batt, and run the motor to death, and then replace. But it sounds like you got a great deal, wish he lived near me. Thanks for the vid, God Bless.

    Add jagwire sport 371 brake pads(red) and it will stop you considerably faster then stock! $15 a pair on Amazon. Nice bike. Also Bolton ebikes sells a 750watt motor that is plug and play. $250 you can take guts out install on yours after u steel wool clean and lube existing hub. Only thing is battery don’t know about that one but those two upgrades will make u faster and stop better then 2019 stock. Good luck!

    Height of the person does not mean their inseam is the same, some people have longer or shorter legs or torso. Rad does show how to measure your body.

    Save your money, and buy a juiced CCX or ripcurrent s. This rad bike leaves a lot desired as far as range, as well as brakes. By the time you upgrade this bike, you'll have more invested in it, than you'd have, if you just level up from the get go.

    Fat tires on those bikes and wet pressure treated wood bridges are dangerous because the bike spun out and I went down hard. Wish I could trade my RadRover for a step-through because I have only rode it two times since I bought it in 2019.

    • @ourscamplife5210
      @ourscamplife5210  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Sorry to hear that. I wiped out and went down a bit hard on some ice this winter. I went with a bit less air pressure when I ride in the snow or on slippery roadways and it seemed to help. I say get back on it and Rad on! God Bless.

    I own a bunch of bikes 2 ebikes and well it’s probably the same amount of exercise to ride an ebike vs a regular bike. Learn how to shift gears or be like me and start off with a one speed 29 incher. That pretty much feels like an assisted bike.

    Good information. This is the 2nd vid of yours that literally stops fubctioning about a minute or 2 in. My tablet gets locked and I have to wait to get the app not responding message before my tablet unlocks. Once i cancel utube and go back into the video the video works. Is there anything in your vid that could do that? Thanks.

    • @ourscamplife5210
      @ourscamplife5210  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Shouldnt be an issue with the videos but may be with the youtube app or the internet connection. This is the first I've heard of this happening. Sorry to hear that it is though. I just watched a couple videos on another device of ours and they worked fine. It may also be the wireless connection on the inside of the tablet if its an older tablet. Hope this helps.

    Visit Bolton Ebike webpage - the reason the motor doesn't seem powerful is because of the controller. Yes REALLY! LOL For $200 you can upgrade your controller and display from Bolton and it will drastically improve the performance of your motor. That 750 watt motor will be able to output 1200+ watts. NOT kidding. Check it out man.

    It can "do it all"? The things people say when they want attention. Can it carry 40 lbs. of front panniers? Can it generate power for USB electronics while moving? Does it have a rear suspension? Does it have a motor than puts all the power into the chain... where it's designed to be? Can it carry over 40 lbs. of panniers on the weak bolt-on rear rack? Does it have an adjustable stem so you can dial in rider position, or better change position when you want? Does it have a Rohloff Speed-hub? Does it have fenders that actually work... no, no it doesn't. Does it have a 30Ah lithium pack so you don't have to burn the battery up ride after ride? Can you ride more than 90 miles on a single battery? The Rover is good for one thing and one thing only, it's cheap. Inexpensive because it's cheaply built. You get what you pay for but if you thin 50 miles in a couple months is good then the Rover is perfect for you. This is the opposite end of the spectrum. - photos.google.com/search/_tv_Videos/photo/AF1QipM9KAiyrP_8SG5X9Lft96wz08WWszBGt-7ck8fL
