Hello, I don't understand what H1-H6, as written under CH1-CH6, means. There are significant sound changes when I play these. Should I adjust these knobs, and how should they be ranked? thanks
@@RAW-CAt so you with pink noise RTA (FFT) using averages ?! with moving mic on driver seat because I´m still not where I want and got an Helix m6 DSP, mostly used the "setEQ" function but wanted to use less filters and get better output on every driver haven´t tried the REW EQ exports to DSP as didn´t knew how you measure these
So would it be OK to measure with the mic between the center of my headrests..plural, in my pickup?..I noticed everything sounds better sitting in the center of the backseat. Ive been wondering if a better two seat tune csn be achieved measuring from center of cabin?
can you please help me? i am basically watching videos from your channel every night, mostly the same video twice. i am learning alot from you. way more than you think. yet there is only one gear related question i cannot answer myself. can you please make the desicion for me? i will go 3way active front, coaxial rear, sub. i need 9-10 channel match up 8 dsp, musway 8v3 both have 8 amplified channels and one or two more channels for sub out with external amp....i already have started to do isolation of the cabin. doors, carpet. i will do the sub mod myself to match my car. can you help me what the best dsp for quality would be? wich has the best transistors etc...you said in one of your videos that audison has less equalizing possibilities...it was like a9 or 10 point eq at the end, per channel depending how u see it.....the match up is my fav cuz of size and the UI is also great from i saw on download and from your videos....is the 250 euro difference between the musway and the match up/helix worth it? if it is, i will have to pay...audio quality differences? a dealer in france told me by phone that helix is "old" and that musway is the new thing and that it sounds more musical and overall better. yet i seee integrated RTA etc...i can get over that if audio quality of the internal amp is better with the musway has he said. personally i lean for the matchup 8 dsp(fischer audio) because of the user interface For speakers i have decided, based on youtube, reddit etc to go with audison voce 3 way set and cheaper hertz cento coaxials for the rear... love your comparison videos and measuring experiments. told you, some videos i watch them several times just like replaying my professor. i am truly thankful that youtube and people like you exist into making those videos. a very big thank you!
In regards to the DSP, musway is just a rebranded Chinese stuff. The UI of the software is the typical Chinese software. For reliability and software I would choose Match. The built in combo a.p/DSP is a very good solution for a daily system that does not take much space. Don't listen to people talking about "musicality" of a DSP/amp. EQ means more. The quality of sound from match lineup is adequate for the price. If you want better, forget about combo solutions and look for separates.

I do believe the "H" indicated high level inputs. So by enabling them, you are assigning a certain high level input to a certain output.

When you measure these you measure with static mic / 90° + sweeps, right ?

I think I'd have tuned it with the doors running very very quiet. just so you can say they are being used.
Well, I crossed the doors quite high, so even if the response is not great, at least they don't rattle🤷🏻♂️

I personally don't think so🤷🏻♂️ There is no 2 seat tune really, just equally poor experience for both seats.
