    In order for Wing Chun to be effective in the modern world it must move with the times.
    Although our Wing Chun training does include all the traditional aspects including the hand forms. Sil lim Tao, Chum kui, and Bui Jee . Also the weapon training 6 ½ point pole, Butterfly knives and Wooden Dummy. Each of these parts has been broken down re analyzed and improved to enhance our complete fighting system.
    Don’t take our word for it study our materials, watch our free Wing Chun videos and you will soon see we are different from any other Wing Chun system you have ever encountered before.

    @XLRO8 Well, the movements in Kung-fu are utilized, trained and amplified on the wooden dummy. Boxing does not require such training. What happens (the goal) when you train with the dummy is, you sharpen the reflexes on the arms, you teach your arms the position they should be in for most effective defense and strongest attack. In a fight you don't have time to think, the dummy will teach your body simply reaction and positioning. It's like magic, works so very well. Not a "hardening" tool.

    • @thepompking8842
      @thepompking8842 10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Actually it is. You condition the forearms with it through repeated abrasion. This prepares you to take a punch blocking it while your hardened forearms will hurt the opponent when they swing. It's the whole point of striking the arms

    @gnawaserge sorry im not sifu but as far as i know, wing chun was developed for the purpose of self defense only..it was started by a lady yim -wing chun..she was being harassed by a warlord to marry her, so she developed a style which was a combination of snake and crane kung fu, added some of her own techniques and named it wing chun.she defeated the worlord and preserved her honor.since it is derived from kung fu, probably it may have a philosophical aspect to it.

    sifu WOng, DOes Wing chun have a deep philosophical aspect to it as aikido does with the way and as karate does due to buddhism? OR is it free of philosophy? if it doesn't would you say it is one of its strengths in that it is free to adapt to each person? I have always wondered if Wing chun has a philosophical aspect to it, and if it would be an obstacle with someones religion or personal practice of Faith. Please I would really like to know. Thank you

    Wing c. is interesting but the arms are so bent doesn't itself to some one good with arms and locks. I'd like to see it done with the limbs full length arms that automatically extend and draw back like a real fight. Still. I see the the use. Most fight I've seen were either either close up in the mid section or long full range blows.
