That's awesome! A lot of preppers are exploring vertical indoor farming. Lots of hurdles for optimal crop vitality(which monsteranto doesn't care about) comparable to ideal natural environment conditions like permaculture considers. In the '70's I was studying limnology for healthy water systems. Sadly our civilization doesn't seem to care from a corporate profit pov. That's pretty normal in new industries. There's initial hype. Lot's of investors try to set up a vertical farming venture, and only those who figure out how to actually make an ROI survive. It's clear it works quite well and is profitable for leafy greens. Other crops are a work in progress.
