- Symphony No. 40 in G minor, K. 550 was written by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart in 1788. It is sometimes referred to as the "Great G minor symphony", to distinguish it from the "Little G minor symphony", No. 25. The two are the only extant minor key symphonies Mozart wrote.[

Hinweis an Dr. Ludwig:
Ich habe bemerkt, daß mein Abo bei Dir plötzlich nicht mehr bestand. Ich meine, daß dies in letzter Zeit schon das zweite Mal war.
Ich habe von anderen, bei TH-cam "unbeliebten" Kanälen, schon das gleiche gehört. TH-cam kündigt still und heimlich deren Abonnenten. Nie in großen Mengen auf einmal. Immer mal wieder einige. Immer nach einer gewissen Zeit, wenn man nicht mehr so drauf achtet.
Interessante Taktik. Auch wenn Stasivergleiche mittlerweile schon etwas überstrapaziert wurden...diese "hinterfotzige" Taktik erinnert mich irgendwie an die heimtückischen Zersetzungsmethoden der Staatssicherheit.
Es fällt schon sehr auf, daß unter den Kanälen, welche ich abonniert habe, nur Du und immer mal wieder kritische Kanäle wie "Sargon of Akkad" von dieser heimlichen Kündigung betroffen sind und nie die unzähligen, harmlosen Eisenbahnkanäle, welche ich auch abonniert habe.
Ja das sagen mir andere auch...ich war auch schon bei einigen plötzlich deabonniert..leider kann man dagegen wenig tun.

Mozart’s father was Bavarian and his mother from Salzburg, when it was still independent in the Holy Roman Empire. Mozart himself wrote of his „German fatherland“ („deutsches Vaterland") and that he was happy to be a „honest German“ („ehrlicher teütscher“) in several letters, one being from the 29th May 1778. Besides, Austrians saw themselves as Germans up until 1945. Either way: Mozart was German.
LP Maurice, Sorry if I’m mistaken, I hadn’t looked this up, but wasn’t Prussia fighting Austria at the time? Also, Bavaria wasn’t an official place until it was ‘founded’ in 1805.
All people of German tongue in Central Europe were Germans since the process between the 9th and 11th century, no matter how often they fought against each other for egoist reasons or how many small or big states existed there. The German nation is the whole German culture and language area.

The battle you're probably talking about happened 1866, 75 years *after* Mozart's death. But Austrians considered themselves German anyways, so it really doesn't matter.
