Thanks for sharing Salam. Sometimes a small bit of cleaning saves dollars that can be used for other pressing needs. Your machinery is really improving with every viewing. Hope the scorpion problem is now under control. Always look forward to your videos and Shorts. All the best to You and Yours.👍

Man, i have the same machine, i love your videos. Even with your accent you speak very clear and with confidence. Can I ask, how did you learn so much regarding mechanics

Good morning sir, I learned a lot when I was a kid from my family. They had an automobile repair shop. Then from my education and later from the few jobs that I worked on. I also like to learn new things on my own. I hope this answered your question. Be safe and have a great day

Hi, What would be the procedure to make sure there is no pressure (release the pressure) on the lines before removing the hoses or valves?

Hello, To release the pressure start by lowering the load. For example: if you want to work on the front bucket lift cylinders, start by lowering the bucket all the way (with the engine turned off) then keep moving the joystick in all directions including free floating . Once no movement, start by losing both hoses slowly to minimize getting sprayed with hydraulic fluid. Make sure there is no mechanical stored energy anywhere in the hydraulic system of the machine that you are working on. If you are removing a valve, make sure all cylinders are controlled by that valve are not holding anything, all the weight is landed. Mark all the houses and take a lot of pictures and start by losing all the houses slowly and don't put yourself or your help in a pinch point situation. Sometimes the weight of the rod itself can be dangerous. Make sure the hydraulic fluid is cold prior to any work. Don't run the machine while working with any part of the hydraulic system. Plan your work ahead of time and make sure safety first.
