I’m not kog but I could give you my breakdown Kong climbs out of the hollow earth portal and then roars at Godzilla, who’s standing on the cliff, to attract his attention, Godzilla then sees Kong and roars back, then jumps into the water in slow motion, then, we see Godzilla destroying bridges with his dorsals while swimming and heading towards Kong, then, he leaps out of the water on all 4s and starts to charge at Kong, Kong tries to tell him to wait and look at the hollow earth portal with body movement, but Godzilla doesn’t listen, Kong tries this again and again, but Godzilla just doesn’t care, Kong then puts his hands up to try and tell him to stop but then Godzilla spear tackles him through a pyramid, kongs on the floor while Godzilla is charging again, kong throws sand at Godzillas eyes to disorient him, which works, as Godzilla goes straight through another pyramid and misses kong, Godzilla tackles Kong again, this time pinning him on a pyramid, Godzilla then picks up Kong, *AND LITERALLY SUPLEXING HIM WWE STYLE*, Kong gets a minor concussion, Godzilla tries to stomp on Kong, but Kong rolls away, Godzilla tries to charge again, but kong uppercuts him with the beast glove, knocking Godzilla down, Kong then jumps on Godzilla, and with all his might, hits Godzilla with a barrage of punches from the beast glove and fists, this all dazes Godzilla(yes, dazed, not knocked out, Godzilla was moving and roaring still) for 4 seconds, in these four seconds, kong tries to drag Godzilla, then, the infamous charging sound is heard, as the camera goes up Godzillas back, and Godzilla turns around, and kong sees this, and is like, “oh lord I’m cooked” and Godzilla fires the atomic breath, kong tries and goes behind a pyramid and is still running from the breath, after the pyramid is no more, kong jumps to avoid the atomic breath successfully, but Godzilla tackles Kong again and stomps on kongs chest, beating kong in 2 hits, Godzilla charges up his atomic breath to end kong, but then, something knocks Godzilla down, its mothras gods rays, mothra arrives with Gia and both attempt to communicate with Godzilla, mothra gets Godzilla to stand down, in which Godzilla does, Kong is looking at them like, “damn, I should’ve asked Godzilla with her”, and Godzilla roars in the air, Kong and mothra both join in, and that’s it So yea, Godzilla is clearly still league’s superior to Kong, but props to Kong and the people who made the beast glove for being able to daze Godzilla for that amount of time, it also seemed Godzilla underestimated kongs beast glove and that’s why Godzilla didn’t use the breath earlier, hopefully the Kong fans are happy that Kong was able to do something, and hopefully the Godzilla fans are happy that Godzilla is still superior, and yes, this is what happens, I watched it, so it’s not false(I hope I don’t get jumped) Is that good?

I don't think Wingard would be scared of random people online threatening him about a commentary, I think he just redacted the statement cuz it makes the movie alot less thrilling. Yeah, Kong is definitely not stronger in arms and in close range than Godzilla. We saw how he easily overpowered Kong in close range and tossed Kong with ease with not only his jaw strength alone but sent him several city blocks away. Godzilla’s arms NOW are longer and stronger than before thanks to his Evolution. But Godzilla’s arms are definitely not weaker as he grappled with heavier, larger and stronger than monsters Kong faced and than Kong himself. And yeah, Godzilla was toying with Kong. Even the novel describes he was. And the film shows he wasn’t trying as hard to kill him. And the fact he easily overpowered Kong after Godzilla got enraged and aggressive, that’s more valid in that fact alone.

On all occasions he has mentioned that Muto Prime only saw himself superior to Godzilla because she was evolved to parasitize him from there, then he mentioned the titans who can defeat her (Kong, Ghidorah and Camazotz) and how their powers work. I don't know where it contradicts itself. I feel like it's just that people have been hyping up Muto Prime for a long time. The armor was seen to be able to be damaged by Godzilla's claws (which so far have damaged anything it has hit except the Mecha) and the Mutos' armor is clearly designed to resist the temperature of atomic breath. And there is a difference between being resistance at a temperature and resistance in general. Add to this that La Muto lost to a 2014 Godzilla while GXK's Kong had already come from fighting a stronger Godzilla and living in a more aggressive environment where he needed to use his capabilities to the maximum (I would dare say that due to the change environment became stronger but those are my things)
