Sir I use a 95 model standard 350, in the bike there is a knocking kind of noise from the bike but not from the engine. It reduces on riding in half clutch and on steep roads when the engine is pulling hard. There is gear slip if climbing in higher gears. Once gearbox repair was done and the noise stopped. Is there any possibility of knowing the reason hope i get an opinion on this issue. Thanks

No. While charging gear it makes noise .
The 5 speed gearbox is served with oil
And is smooth and doesn't make noise
That's why i ask
Oil Grade of SAE 90 (gear oil)
I use 90 gear oil and greese mixture .
More oil and less greese ratio.

This issue occur due to gear operator plunger or clutch. First check the gear operator
