Great contents! Just a suggestion- can you change the camera or move it slowly? It jitters to compensate for the camera movement and make your videos hard to look at for a long time.

For anyone looking to buy, lots are now 120k + starting bid. With most end up costing around 180k+ after bidding
Part of the TM plan in my opinion is that they keep their floor plan prices relatively fair, so that even after bids the overall price although high is not always outrageous for the entirety. Although the home price lot premium sounds exorbitant - when factoring in the lower base price of the home, it isn't as bad as it sounds.
Other builders are auctioning at a much higher base price, therefore not getting the type of response as Taylor Morrison for their bids.
Hell for $515K This house is a steal, love to see something like this

Base Price + Structural Options + Design + Taylor Morrison Homesite Auction = Approx. 900-1M

I plan on it, but they are still just finishing up their new model homes and have yet to begin on their central amenity center, so lots of empty lots and dirt in their new section. However their next phase of lots are nicely stationed with a beautiful hill foreground .....

I really do not like the primary showers these builders do…. And where is the tub in the primary bathroom! Great tour though! Thankyou.
There is a trend for more larger 'super showers' vs. a medium shower and tub. With that said, this can be optioned with a tub!

I see lot premium upto 50k in this community n upto 100k in travisso right now. Is this normal in Leander ? Or something new coz of hot market ?
I would say that this is a product of the market and demand in this area with such little supply especially a Taylor Morrison product.

Prices haven't been released but from what I gather it will start at approx. $520k. This does not include the upgrades, lot premium or ability to even purchase at the moment, Taylor Morrison is doing bling bids with their waitlist ; unfortunately.

Great video. No bathtub?
This home can be optioned with a tub certainly, but this model does not. More people are choosing to leave out a tub for a larger shower.

I believe it is 2.66% - Leander ISD. I do not have a concerto video.

I am a woman and a custom home designer and builder with a medical background.
It is very puzzling that even high end homes have never a sink in the "water closet'.
So even when money is no big issue people can't afford to wash their hands after wiping their but BEFORE they touch the doorknob????
That is flat out primitive and uncivilized and a germ spreader of giant proportions.
I also do not understand why in the US no one seems to appreciate the use of a bidet. It is NOT just for women but very beneficial for men too because they have a lot of body hair in hard to get to places which love to hang on to all kinds of crap.
Most homes are designed by men and they really need a talking to when it comes to proper hygiene.
There also should be in better homes a separate sink for fruit and vegetable only.
Any money is being spent on bars and rec rooms but common sense in regard to hygiene is missing in the design.
Often times a 'water closet' or 'doored toilet' is in the primary bathroom - the door is really for privacy and perhaps to help with ventilation, the actual larger bathroom has its own sink. Usually this room is occupied by an individual or couple that have their own vanity to wash their hands with before leaving. I can sense you have a passion for the subject of sanitation - but you're stretching here. Were talking about doorknob shared by a couple that will wash their hands before leaving.
@@SoominKimRE I appreciate your input but body waste is one of the most dangerous things for your health. It does not surprise me that according to your picture you as a man don't think much of it. You are making my point beautifully.
BTW you cannot "get used" to the body waste of another person, regardless if you are married or not or if you share a bathroom or not.
What would be the big deal of putting a little sink in there???
Since I'm at it -staircases in high end homes should never have risers over 6", especially not if they are higher than 8". The trad should never be narrower than 1'.
An elegant stairs should have a landing in between if it goes higher. These stairs today are getting dangerously close to ladders to make room for the man cave and the bar with seating for eight.
I don't have a "passion for sanitation" but a solid education in medicine and know the difference between being well off and having class.
