Since Neet pg has been postponed, it's only human to feel demotivated and out of place. at this time you can calmdown and relax for a bit. avoid burnouts and then continue your studies , if you had revised completely before the exam , do more pyq and give GTs.
if your revision was left complete that and focus on the weaker topics, you can slow down but don't stop your studies completely.

I could max get 140 corrects in GTs. And what i feel is my theory is still fine but i fail at times on its application in the q. Would you suggest doing the entire Q bank if ive done pyq provided in marrow ?

No no , I think the whole q bank is really vast and would not serve your purpose at this time... For practice you can do pyqs and give GTs
