From 1970 up to 1972 no group was messing with Joe Jackson's boys when it came to hits on the radio, television, and live performances!!!!! No Group!!!
@@iknowimright4037 No I got it, and I completely disagree that this peak of their success ended in 1972 when they were huge and doing great new work until 78.
@@fredride3071 he did not “force” his voice. Please stop spreading that rumor. Michael had an incredible vocal range all throughout his life. Both in singing, and in speaking. All humans do, we just don’t always notice or use the full range of our speaking voice. He did.
@@swoods7720 he had a deep voice he forced the light voice because he didn't want to scare anyone you can hear in old interviews he did as a kid his voice was getting deeper then one day it got higher I'm not saying its a bad thing I'm just saying (you also gave no explanation why he didn't)
@@fredride3071 yes, his voice had an incredible range. It could go from very high to low. Both in singing and in speaking. he was also phenomenal at impersonations. His voice is clearly an instrument of wonder. Where did Michael say that he didn’t want to scare anybody so he used, as you call it, a lighter voice? My reference is the book moonwalk for what I wrote. Michael talks about how his voice is not contrived nor is it chemically altered. He said it’s frustrating when people say otherwise. I choose to believe him as he is the owner of his voice- so he knows best. Also, I’ll add this, one reason I know what you’re saying isn’t accurate is because there have been home movies leaked that were of Michael with his family when he was a teenager and young adult. if you’re interested in listening for yourself, look up Michael Jackson home video horse Ranch. or Michael Jackson home video gambling huff, recording studio. you’ll get to hear how his voice fluctuates in range even within those videos. those videos were personal and private, and had nothing to do with a public image.

Mann look how much soul we had then. SMH they don’t make em great like this no more. They had to perform along with singing sounding like the original song with the live band 💯🚏💥
Rest in peace, Michael and Tito.

It went on for way longer than 1972 for their greatness. 1978 is when they peaked.
@OasisJones you clearly don't understand the comment they made.
