I travel and enjoy all the wonderful meals with you. I am 73 and in a wheelchair so my adventures are limited. But being taken along with you gives me joy. I see how much you enjoyed this buffet. There was so much deliciousness, it was hard to choose. You work each plate so beautifully. Wonderful! …. I was concerned about your forehead after the tree branch swiped you. You seemed okay so I hope there was no pain inflicted. Thanks again for bringing me along. 👍🏻💖🌹💖👍🏻
I'm old guy in rural Alaska. We have cruse ships in port often I know they have great buffets onboard. Mr. Lee's videos are as close to a buffet as I'll ever get. It's been over 20 years since I was at one in person. Love this Chanel.
Hey Carolmoirris, I’m in your boat!, I’m 74 and bed ridden. So I have to exsperiance all these adventures thru these videos. The tastes would be great to get along with the video. Bless you, Dave.
A yummy video. Thanks Tim for taking us through all this food. I do worry about how much you can eat though. 😊 I’m visiting Saigon in February 2025 so I will make sure I try this buffet. I love food, especially those “endless lobsters”. Keep up the good work Tim - although I’m not sure you’d call eating food this good ‘work’.
you not only show amazing food, but you are so nice to the staff, calling them by name and you are appreciative of everything. I love watching your videos!
That's amazing...I've had to rely on walking aids due to an autoimmune illness...I was thinking where can I travel or what can I go to independently. I think today I needed to see ur comment to give me confidence that I can still things...just differently 🙏🏽❤️🙌🏾
You're a natural when it comes to your commentary! You make the food sound so yummy! Thank you so much for taking your fans with you on your travel & food adventures!
Even the coffee looked luxurious. Amazing options for the lobsters and noodles. So nice. Looks like so much fun Tim. I hope you really enjoy your trip to Vietnam.
The seaweed is actually Sea Grape and very delicious. I can see where that tree gave you a little scratch but you're lucky that was all. Everything looks delicious. I love how your channel is mostly about Buffets. My favorites are the Seafood.
That buffet looked amazing! I was really impressed by the presentation of the sashimi - not sure how they were able to make all of those great designs with it! And I have never seen shrimp that big before!
Thank you for posting this and giving honest review!!!! It's hard picking up plates, foods, and filming at the same time. GREAT JOB!!!! I'll be traveling to VN in August so I can't wait to try it out!
Everything looks so delicious. I see the heat remains. I am sorry you bumped into that tree and happy that you did not get hurt. Take Care and carry on!
Wow! Everything looked so yummy! The moment I noticed the floor was glass though, and saw traffic moving underfoot... I know my eyes got huge. Very interesting indeed. Safe and good health on your travels Tim. ☺️
Thank you Tim Sai Gon Cafe at Sheraton Saigon brought back good memories of pre COVID days . It was our go to place when we were visiting Sai Gon annually . However these days we shift to other hotels - The Reverie as the rooms in the Sheraton rooms become somewhat dated
0:53 The guy in the red shirt approves your video. lol No hot towels when entering the buffet; it's humid outside! 26:42 Those soup dishes look good. How come you didn't film them bringing to your table? I would love to have seen it on video.
Boy, if I had a Loonie for every time I said "That looks soooooo good", or "I want to eat that!" or "Tim sure is a lucky guy", I would have enough Loonies to be able to afford the airfare to get there LOL. Tim, thanks for the wonderful video. One of the reasons I love your content is not only are you a great guy and wonderful representative of Canada, but you are the only TH-camr I know that would leave in the footage of you getting whacked in the head by a tree just so we all get a hearty chuckle. 😂 Hope you're ok and no concussion was had. ❤ Safe travels to you!
The banh mi place he went to is amazing!! The sandwiches are about a pound of meat, so it's not a normal banh mi, also the price is higher, about $2,50, whereas the typical one is about 75 cents but much smaller. When I lived there, Huyen Hoa was my go to place!!!
No disappointment. When I haven't eaten for two or three days I love to watch your videos 🌷 Actually I think this video was well edited! Please keep up the style I love it when you say "I think I'm in a little bit of trouble here" 😂 You still haven't gained a feather Big meal
Hi Tim , watching from California! I am just salivating watch😊in you eat everywhere buffet , Philippines, vietnam😢 but mostly I watched you in Las Vegas . But crazy I’m doing is watching all your buffeting all the way to the end so every bite you are doing I am focusing as well learning as well the names of the dishes so much!! Wow you are soooo lucky to have tasted just about everything holy cow!!. 😮
What a wonderful buffet ! There are so menu awesome seafood dishes, the lobster looks delicious 🤤 but the desserts looked really fantastic. Very nice Saigon buffet Tim thanks for sharing.
Tim, I just wanted to let you know from a long time drinker of Bacardi and Coke. And when I would order one I would get a Cuba Libre so I know what one is. The recipe is correct, i couldn’t tell for sure but I think you used the large end of the shot glass and that was to much rum for that size glass. That buffet looked awesome, I wish I could go there but 74 and bed rueden that’s not going to happen. Bless you for making these wonderful videos. Keep it up!
I thought that was an awful lot of room for that tiny glass. Thank you so much for reaching out and whether far or local, I hope you get a chance to explore and have a nice meal 🙂
Without the filming, it’s typical probably one to two hours with friends. However, with filming it actually takes a lot longer because there’s a lot of exploring and back-and-forth.
Every time that you are traveling to these buffet's places makes me hungry. I wish where I live we had those kind of good buffet's. God bless u always and be safe traveling l am jealous of you how u get to go to different places to enjoy good food. 🙏😥👍🙌
Omg glad you weren’t impaled by that tree branch! Another awesome video and happy not to see raw frog legs. Still haven’t recovered from that buffet!🤣🤦🏽♀️
Ohh that tree🤦 It reminded me of a movie called Final Destination…the hazards of an open roof bus😉. No frog legs…(nor turtles here, but that’s another story in Japan -no turtles were harmed)
Hey Tim! I'm looking for a buffet here in Portland Oregon to celebrate my appetite returning after chemotherapy but I don't think we have any buffet restaurants in this area. Do you have a recommendation for me? It's been fun watching you eat when I couldn't.😋
My sister lives in Portland. Not sure what type of buffet you wanted but there is FJ buffet for Chinese, a great Indian buffet in Portland - Namaste Indian Cuisine (and several other close by: Govinda's, Rama Indian, and Real Taste of India), there's Mizumi in Tigard (sushi), and the Hill Buffet and Grill in Newport. Hope your recovery continues to improve.
Woah😀😀😀 So glad to hear and stay strong 💪. My go to place for a buffet in Portland was Salty’s but they stopped in the last two years. I’m interested to know some great places as well and hoping people can help here😀. All the best to you 😃
Tim, please, describe the dishes tastes, for example, what it tastes like when you eat panna cotta, does it taste like vanilla? There are so many dishes where you just say "it's nice" but we, as foreigners, have no idea what most of the dishes tastes like. There is thousands of us, world wide, that dont know those dishes. Never even seen before. But other than that, i love your video's, and can't wait to see your next upload. All my love, from South Africa.
Good work getting mashed potatoes on chopsticks. The seaweed is sea grapes. Four lobster halves and two bowls of pho, no surprise you were full. Ha, ha. Just your sandwich at lunch would have done me in. Hello from sunny Oregon US.
The garlic and butter on the lobster sounds really good but I definitely would not want cheese on my Lobster. I'm more traditional with melted butter and fresh lemon.
@@TimLeeLetsGo We need to organize a meet and greet. I really enjoyed your train trip video where you started at Toronto Union station and headed west. Any other Torontonians with me on this?
Great video Tim 👍I don't know how this buffet is $60 when I just paid $20 for a bowl of pho 🤯 how do you find room for bun thit nuong, pho, bun bo hue, lobsters & dessert 😧it's going to be tough to pick between this place and La Brasserie Restaurant😅
Tim, you are my fave foodie. Thank you so much for sharing your adventures and yummy eats with us. Please stay safe and watch out for those tree leaves! Glad you were okay!! Scooter rides look exciting & a bit scary too. Enjoy life to the max, Tim! You deserve many blessings for sharing your videos with us. Finally there is the famous Vietnamese Banh Mi. 🥖😋 Thank you Mr. Tim for another delicious video. 🇻🇳♥️
The banh mi in Tim's video was huge! Never saw so much meat in one. Looks delish!
Yes. That's big one. First time seeing it too
The banh mi place he went to is amazing!! The sandwiches are about a pound of meat, so it's not a normal banh mi, also the price is higher, about $2,50, whereas the typical one is about 75 cents but much smaller. When I lived there, Huyen Hoa was my go to place!!!

I spoke with the Vietnamese Brotherhood and they all agree that Tim is the national pride of Vietnam.
He's Canadian
Looks like a wonderful buffet! So much to choose from and everything looks so fresh.
Wow, lot of fresh and yummy foods in VN. I love to travel there.
Pro tip on eating the rice paper salad: get it wet with the citrus and sauces otherwise its hard to eat when its still dry. The sauce makes the dish

👋 Tim
The food in Vietnam is so different from the food in America. Thanks for sharing your experience and taking us along.
Looked so good. Have you been transferred? I liked this one better. I knew you doubled the 15 ml on the rum. So funny. Another great video.
Gotta say I'd head straight to the salmon, sushi, lobster, beef, some kind of papaya/cucumber salad and some bread and butter YUM
Hi Tim, from the two buffets at Ho Chi Ming ,which one do you like best?
Fabulous tourin the stations!!
What a wonderful buffet ! There are so menu awesome seafood dishes, the lobster looks delicious 🤤 but the desserts looked really fantastic. Very nice Saigon buffet Tim thanks for sharing.
The seaweed is actually sea grapes. Caulerpa lentillifera is a species of ulvophyte green algae from coastal regions in the Asia-Pacific
Sehr gut gemacht Tim! Toll!
