There was a time in the 80s when the F 15 was to be discontinued and mothballed... Luckily it was spared from the chopping block... And it proved to be G.O.A.T. of all modern fighters.... 🐦 ❤ ✈️
This video is a "wet dream" for modelers and flight simulator junkies...there are simulator programs like DCS..That have the F 15 EAGLE in them.. Happy hunting!!! 🐦 ❤

The tail hook is used only during emergency situations like the landing gear or brake malfunction.

Tail hooks are used in emergency situations like brake or tire malfunctions.
