    - Vegetables (Carrots, Peas, Beans) - 1 cup, finely chopped

    1. *Roast the Rava:* In a dry pan, roast the rava on medium heat until it turns light golden and aromatic. Set aside.
    2. *Prepare the Tempering:* Heat ghee or oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, and sauté until golden brown.
    3. *Add Aromatics:* Add finely chopped green chilies, grated ginger, and curry leaves. Sauté for a minute.
    4. *Cook the Onions and Vegetables:* Add finely chopped onions and sauté until translucent. Add the chopped vegetables and cook until they are slightly tender.
