Proactive measures, as we know, go a long way to assist with the safe evacuation of residents in the event of a fire but fire doors are one of the most important aspects of passive fire protection. As simple as it is, when it is installed, working and maintained properly, a fire door will continue to save lives.
In this presentation we will walk you through the basic principles of fire doors, what to look for and what is now required according to the current and new regulations.
Our speaker, Anne Isaacs has managed student halls of residence for more than 20 years where fire safety has always been at high on her agenda; she currently manages a private luxury residential estate of 211 flats in London.
