I went there this year, i fished every day and total i had on bottom baits 20mm tigernut boilies, in 4 days i had 21 x 20 plus commons and mirrors, and a ghost, a 34lb 2oz, 31lb 6oz both mirrors and about 11 x inbetween 9 and 15lbers brilliant
I fished it a couple of years ago on a peg in front of the tall apartments had one common ...i have fished Sherwood a few times they all seem to hang out around the pancake house...not been for a few years since they netted it and sold the big ones...there was loads of 20+ carp in there soon as that happened fishing went downhill
hey, im going there soon, roughly what area was you fishing from? (or a peg number) how much bait did you throw out to bait the swim? just looking for tips for the carp as i fish regularly but my biggest was only a 7.5lb - 10lb mirror this year (forgot my scales that day) and they look like a nice size.
Hello Alex I only found about 6 pegs all in front of the big island. The carp like it there in the morning. I used 1kg of bait over 3 mornings. I hope that helps good luck 👍🎣

I used a bread bomb at CP but on a bolt rig and work a treat. Those birds are the bloody worst I’ve seen. Literally wait for you to cast in!!!
