I can’t find anything about the nutrients/calories of lamb fat trimmings. After months of not knowing, I’ve had to look at beef suet and a leg of lamb and average them out 75% of suet to 25% of lamb. It’s the best I could come up with🤔

How do you track ground beef when you cook it and drain some of the rendered fat? Do you just guess?
