I can't stop laughing about the packing food for the trail. It reminds me of when I was first learning to backpack 30 years ago and my guy and I went to the Strawberries in Oregon. I packed a little of this and a little of that. It was SOOO heavy. We ate ourselves into insensibility trying to get rid of it. We decided that if we were threatened by a cougar we could just throw the food bag and knock it out. I learned to weigh the food. Five pounds for two people for two nights. And that is for a luxury weekend. I could go leaner to just go with all dry food. Everything tastes good in the wilderness. Less is more (other than the emergency stash which is just good sense.)

Snipping the young calf balls and them cooking them right after , smh . I guess that explains why I'm not a cowboy. I was okay with the Branding but I lost it at the castration
Are rodeo folks athletes? Are you kidding me? Are they crazy? Are you kidding me? Back in the early 80s I was a tavern dancer. I used to work sometimes in small town Wyoming. The guys treated me very well. Proper gentlemen...well, for the situation lol.
"Taking the eggs and asparagus" Too funny!!
This all reminds me of a great line out of Disney's Atlantis. "I got your four food groups right here. Beans, bacon, coffee, and lard."
Super great video Jamie I really enjoyed this
