Hey Snake! That tent may be covered with silicone spray to make it water resistant. I covered my backpack with that kind of spray - bidding sticks to that, even dirt. Cheers!

They did the same. But I used 6 colors on mine. 😳 I made the top a lighter color and the bottom darker. I felt like Michaelangelo. Haven't taken them out yet because I'm scared of Sasquatch but.... 😫
Camo looked awesome. I wanted to do something like that to my tarp, but it will not stick due to the material and treatment. Awesome effort. Don't give up. ✌️👍

Sweet intro music! Also, you might consider Rustoleum outdoor fabric paint rather than the regular camo stuff.

Had a pack cover I spray painted flake off as well. Hope it goes better next time
I tried spray painting a tent once but it just turned into a mess and it was heavy. I don’t remember spray painting a tent.
Snake's Motto - If it doesn't move, paint it camo. Or, There's always room for bacon and Ovaltine.
And "Make it work with minimal effort and maximum effect."
Don't forget to paint your tent pole, it's way too bright for the woods.

Yup probably a silicone coating preventing proper adhesion.
