I loved all the clips without music. I am a music teacher and I often find the videos that are just full of the everyday sounds of faucets running, cups clinking, and floors creaking the most calming to me. I'm so surrounded by music all the time that I love when I just get to listen to the sounds of life, you know? Thanks for your video, as always :)
I completely agree with you -- there's music everywhere, if only we listen.
My music teacher in year eight once sat at the piano and left us sitting in silence for seven minutes to make this point. I loved it.

People ask me what music I listen to and look at me like I’m crazy when I tell them I don’t. Music for me is work. I don’t want to listen when I go for a walk, or am in the car, or trying to study.
I put this vid on to drown out my roommate's disgusting slurping noises 😂 haha no bother, love you Ruby, you calm me.
I loved the slowness of the video, it was so calming and peaceful to watch. You could just hear the crackle of fire or the flick of a page and it felt so wholesome!

@@RubyGranger8 i just feel like i’d drink way more tea (good thing obviously). not that a kettle is in anyway an inconvenience to use but i’m so inexplicably excited by the prospect of a tap... that produces boiling water? literally never seen one before i watched your videos it’s now a priority of mine! :D

@@bethan2600 There are hot water insulated carafes that you can buy so you only have to boil the kettle once :) Its the next best thing that doesn't require a plumber :P
When you bundle up to go for your morning walk, it reminds me of the scenes in the 90's version of The Secret Garden movie when Mary gets ready to go outside. Such cozy moments!

I love how Ruby changed her day schedule a little bit compared to the one before university, that she is not stuyding all the day without bigger pause. The fact that now she always finds enough time for herself in the mornings and spends evenings with her family. So lovely ❤️

It looked like such a magical day outside and your cinematography was just so creative and beautifully shot. It was as I envision in my head what an English winters day in a rural cottage setting could look like, your very lucky to live there I am very jealous. The Australian bush full of gum trees, banksia's just does seem as magical to me as elm and oak trees... less story like in a way.

You make every moment of life seem beautiful and worth savouring, even if it is just something as simple as a frosty winters walk... This is why i watch you Ruby! It's so easy to feel unstimulated in this world with constant screen time and what sometimes appears as manufactured fun activities (like theme parks or expensive holidays for example), however you have taught me to take joy in the simple things. I now get dressed every morning, I read instead of watching TV in the morning and at night, I eat healthily every day- and not with the goal of changing my body but instead because I respect myself... The list goes on and on, but thank you so much. (loved this video by the way)
