Well done!! You logged a bunch of cam critters. My most recent new cam critter is a Bobcat. Cams got it about 6 times now. I have never seen it in person. Thanks for posting. Take care.
In this video I saw Deer Coyotes Black Bears Raccoons Beavers Otters Muskrats Minks Trumpeter Swan Canada Geese Mallard Wood Duck Blue Winged-Teal Northern Shoveler Ring-necked Duck Hooded Grebe Pied-billed Grebe Crows Turtles and Catfish. What an amazing diversity of animals
So... I'm from the South. I read the title and, of course, equated "marsh" with "swamp". So, when I saw the snow I thought, "Wait a minute! This is some kind of hoax!" 🤣
Never expected to see fish at night on a trail cam. Those bullheads were on the hunt for small fish. People think they're bottom feeders, but at night they turn into active predators. I saw the same behavior in a native-fish aquarium I used to have.
Best trail cam footage I’ve seen in a while. Beautiful animals and season captures. What type of animal call is this around 7:50? Beaver? I really enjoyed this content!
Dunno where you are, northern U.S. or Canada, I reckon. Just a joy to watch the familiar cast. Hard to tell exactly, but I’ve heard trappers and others say wolves detect trail cameras. Seemed to be the case here.
my favorites wee the otters, the bar, marten (?) deer, beaver and the sole night time water fowl who paddled away like "christ ! you scared the poop outta' me"
How do you get most of the animals to come and visit the camera. I realize it’s a crossing spot and they’re inquisitive about the trail cam on or near the path but they really seem to sense the camera.
Bears do hibernate and it’s a latitude thing. Male blacks not so much but I’ve found many sleeping in the 55 gallon drums we put out. Research. Females have to in the higher latitudes. Body preservation vs supplying enough for the young ones that she hasn’t meet yet.
What really intreags me is how the animals at night look look shocked and do double takes, which further shows they all must see the Infered light from the camera
I really do believe most of those animals can see the IR light. Is there any scientific proof of that? I guess I just haven’t paid attention. Figures the mischievous otters have to turn it into wildlife rated x near the end, lol.

Wow! Great place to capture huge variety of creatures! Land, air and water. Thanks!
The comments sum this up, and what an amazing capture. Thankyou from Brisbane Australia. Respect!
One of the coolest trail cam videos ever!
It is amazing to see what wildlife is passing by the same spot day in and day out.
Great job. !!!
the otters sliding on the snow and ice is the most adorable thing ever....
Absolutely!
That was super cute
Variety of wildlife in this video is outstanding!
It’s like a busy crossroads ❤❤

I just got my first Bobcat on cam myself, in southeast Indiana
That is a damn fine trail cam video. Thank you.
This is best .true classic. Thank you
Great video. Shows the diversification of all the species.
Really cool cam video. The diversity of the animals and how many notice the camera is incredible. Thank you for sharing this😊
This video was so cute. I love all the animals especially otters and beavers. Thank you for sharing. It made my night ❤

and Catfish. What an amazing diversity of animals
And you can hear chorus frogs aka spring peepers. 😊
Sasquatch 😂😂😂
Thanks for the list, I didn’t know some of the ducks. I haven’t gone back for the time stamp, but I thought I caught a marten as well.
OUTSTANDING!
Awesome footage!
Thanks for sharing this work! ✌🏽❤️
Awesome video!!! I love the night time catfish...subscribed!!
Thanks! I was very surprised to see those on camera.
Great Video. The only thing remotely human I heard was a Back-Up Warning Beeper that one of the Otter was apparently using.
✌️
Great video !!!
I have subscribed! This was a wonderful journey through a year!
So... I'm from the South. I read the title and, of course, equated "marsh" with "swamp". So, when I saw the snow I thought, "Wait a minute! This is some kind of hoax!" 🤣
Me too!
@@Panthersfan_13well we have marsh land up in the north it just happens to freeze over in the winter.
Most people don't know that Michigan is almost 2/3rds marshland. Kayak fishing is great in this area because of it, also, no gators lol.
Awesome video 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
So awesome !
This is so good, thanks!
Great video! Thanks!
Thank you so much for sharing this, I really needed this today. Fingers crossed for next year.
Don't know why but I find this more fun than nature documentaries.

Nice Beaver shots.
The animal diversity is amazing. Always cool to see how the frozen water is used as a highway by all of them.
Very nice video. It was cool to see an otter, then anotter otter.

Big Fan of your channel sir.
Thanks! Glad you enjoy the videos.
Awesome footage! I love wetland habitats. Where is the located?
The otters are showing off for the camera. 😂
Watching from Vancouver Island 🏝️🇨🇦👍
Really good work. Great video
But this is one heck of a of a video and now being added to our research.
Hätte nicht gedacht, dass der Blick auf so ein Stück Wasser soo gut ist
Probably the most amazing thing is how many critters notice the camera!
Some cameras glow red for night shots. I have experienced the same thing.
@littleelvis4809 yep my trail cam does that but some of the deer were in the day time too.
The smell
I noticed that on my cameras, got a ton of pictures of deer noses, they all check in out !
Did the water get deeper from the arrival of beaver?
Dunno where you are, northern U.S. or Canada, I reckon. Just a joy to watch the familiar cast. Hard to tell exactly, but I’ve heard trappers and others say wolves detect trail cameras. Seemed to be the case here.
Most wild animals, and some birds, can see into the infrared spectrum. Those IR LEDs are very bright to those critters.
That was very cool. Love to see wildlife surviving in this world in spite of humans.
Me too. It gives me hope that humans haven't damaged the planet beyond repairing. 🙏🏼❤️ I love seeing the animals.
What part of the country is this? I really enjoyed this video!
How very cool.
Thanks so much for this. Would love it even more if it had time & date stamps.
Excellent share! What state please?
Otters are just cool!
That Beaver is super busy!
Cool, jsut about everything in this one.
Merci excellent !😍
my favorites wee the otters, the bar, marten (?) deer, beaver and the sole night time water fowl who paddled away like "christ ! you scared the poop outta' me"
That trail cam is like moths to a porch light.😂😂
Did you have solar power to your camera or did you change out the batteries every now and then?
Yes, for this camera I used a solar panel since it was very hard to access. I put a link in the description.
Love this incredible camera if went all year with out change ing batteries what camera is this so I can purchase?
9:43. little bit o' muskrat love going on!
It was obsene!
those are otters, but yes very funny lol
@@justastaronblox5823 lol yes I know, but there is no song "otter love"
Is this in chronological order? If so... I'm amazed how many times the marsh froze and thawed.
Yes it is!
@ That's so cool! Great content!
The brown duck is new to me. Growing up in MO, we had four ponds. I nvr saw wildlife in any. The cattle may have scared them away.
Awesome video,I’m interested in possibly doing something like this, what kind of camera are you using
Very entertaining. Which trail cam did you use?
Thanks! A Browning trail cam. I put a link to the specific model in the description.
How do you get most of the animals to come and visit the camera. I realize it’s a crossing spot and they’re inquisitive about the trail cam on or near the path but they really seem to sense the camera.
Loved seeing the otters body boarding in the snow.
How often you have to change the batteries in the camera?
dont mind me asking what state is this?
Michigan?
I'd like to set one up myself. Can you tell me the make and model you're using? Thanks
Yes! I put a link in the video description 👍
@@TrailCamGuy Thanks mate
@@TrailCamGuy do I need the solar panel for this?

is that otter, beaver, muskrat and mink?
awesome👍
I'm always amazed that the animals know that trail cams are not natural and check them out! I've had elk stick their noses right on the lens.
They must see the infrared lights on the camera.
Very nice 👍
Where is this Marsh?
Wisconsin
What county? @@TrailCamGuy
By Notellum Creek.
Where roughly is this located? Looks similar to British Columbia where I live.
The animals can clearly see the light being put out by this camera at night.
No surprise you didn't get a Sasquatch. 😂
Where was this?
Trail-cam info would be helpful.
Camera must have been on top of the beaver den.
What really intreags me is how the animals at night look look shocked and do double takes, which further shows they all must see the Infered light from the camera
You know when the powder is crunchy its cold!
You otter pay attention; that bear can hear the cam motor, which is why sometimes they eat it.
If you wanted to go hunting you would get some of everything
Proof bears don’t hibernate!!!
lots of customers passing by... ;)
That snow ain't in the Louisiana Marsh.
No fooling the animals, they know there is a camera there. ✌️
