India ke college ki fees bohot zada high nai hoti ..where as abroad ke colleges ki fees bohot high hoti hai ... and i think that colleges do matter jo top ke colleges hote hai wo appni reputation maintain karte hai so they mostly do a better job ... but sometimes even new colleges preforms good .. and iss field main you can definitely do good the only thing is, it will take time at least 10 years after architecture .
