How do you compare this ski with the former hybrid touring ski from Blizzard - Hustle 10? If I remember correctly the hustle 10 was even heavier compared to a similar size of the Faction Agent 3.
Hustle 10 is such a fun and energetic ski, as is the Agent. The benefit of the Hustle is that it shared a footprint with Rustler 10, and that's more of a freeride shape and profile vs. the Agent/Dancer collab. In terms of weight and feel, they're similar, but the Hustle is more playful in softer snow.
The Echo benefits from the QST 106's proven shape for powder and chop while the Agent uses Dancer's more on-trail profile. I find that given the off-trail and backcountry nature of both ski's strengths, the Echo makes more sense for softer snow and touring uses.
My friend does a lot freeriding with the FWT Junior for exemple, and he wants me to come with him touring to find nice and untouched spots. Would the agent 3 be suitable for big descent ? Or would any other ski from the agent serie be better ?
I read that previous models have issues with the mounting position - has this been resolved with this new version?
Not that we're aware of, either issues or changes.

How would you compare this to the QST Echo? Thanks guys!

@@SkiEssentials Thank you very much. I guess QST Echo it is then. Love you guys.

I think the width and shape of the Agent 3 makes it an ideal ski for this application.
Hi, great review. Any difference to last year's model (brown one)?
Nope, same structural ski!
Thanks for the review. Suggested lenght for a 174cm x 70kg?
Do you suggest to get longer or shorter or near-my-height?
I'd go 172 in that ski.
I'm a 185cm and 75 kg. Which height would you recommend? Great Review by the way.
I'd go 183 in this ski based on your stats. Thanks so much!
