That’s exactly what I’m suffering from more left side than right 😭
Same wt did u do bout it?
Did it cause dizziness/ motion balance while walking or driving?
@@hm6536are you fine now?? What u did??
My neck posture seems to go back to bad position when I sleep, making this an up-down thing that never cures
They say it's because your spine has to be aligned properly at night. Try placing a small roll pillow that'll not lift your neck too high and sleep flat
Thank you so much it really relax my pain ..i cant believe it effects only in 10min
For me A lot of times these kinds of exercises made mine worse. I started using emu oil three times a day on my neck and my neck has never felt better.
Then it may have been something related to swelling or the spine, emu oil is very good for cartilage lubrication and reducing swelling.
Just in case, if you still suffer from the same thing it is better to do an mri scan on your neck.
How did you use the emu oil? Just rubbed it on your neck? How much?
@@ADG-pl7ur I've been using blue emu 3 times a day regardless of pain. Also bought pure emu oil. They both help a lot.
@@ADG-pl7urdid you ever find the answers to your questions?
Really worked. Confirmed.
Should we unclude certain strengthening exercises since its more of a posture issue causing this? Because these thing relieve pain, but we dont fix the other problem and will just keep doing this for life
Did your cervicogenic headache already okay?
Thank you so much 😭
Thanks, it's very effective, I got releif immediately....
Does this work? I just got diagnosed and can't sleep due to the tension in my jaw. It feels like someone is forcing my head down into the pillow. I hope it helps
Thank you very much
This did not work for me at all. First move made nausea worse.
THouse who got checked their spects as normal still feeling headache while reading or concentrating then you are suffering from cervicogenic Headache
How to get rid of it permanently??
Fix your posture permanently and correct neck curve is my best guess. I’m on the same struggle boat
@@cantseeshadow what's the best neck curve?😢 Can you pls tell me
@@prashhhant I recommend watching this video and do the exercises. He explains about the natural neck curve

Im on this path as well, and so far it has gotten much better, here is what helps me:
Improve posture, especially when sitting. Do chin tucks, do some strengthening excersises for upper body, back and neck and walk for 20-30 min each day. Chin tucks and stengtening your neck is really important.
@@infinity401does it pain after doing chin tucks? Can u please tell.. Cos I experience pain after chin tucks on upper region of neck.. Is it due to stretching?
👍
I get all kinds of headaches. Like forest gump, it’s like a box of chocolates and I never know what I’m gonna get.
But lately it’s been this one that then proceeds into a migraine with auras. At first I thought maybe it was something severe, cause I felt pain radiating down a tendon in my neck.
Same. Everytime I think it's one type of headache, I have severe symptoms of another kind. Anything I do give me immediate headaches unfortunately.
How are you now?
@nxoid6723 they put me on something called topamax (sp)? A low dose. It helps with migraines, but I get a lot of tension/optic headaches still.
