Why ? Because this is a soulless rendition. Screatching sopranos bumping bases, poor blend, lacking dynamics and even pronounciation. Just a bigger Pentatonics.
Dutch amateur choir "Voices" salutes you! Beautiful European response to American Salt Lake testosteron BYU (sorry guys, all in good humor. Still love you to bits)
It's like I can hear the angels sing always bring men to tears I feel like I can't stop crying very emotional song good way to honour those who died on the Titanic
With my headphones starting from 1:16 I hear a very deep sound, which goes below second bass sound scale. I have never heard such a low second bass. Is there perhaps some voicetune magic here???
I can sing to A1 with chest voice and F0 with ingressive phonation and I don't hear exactly what you're talking about but I definitely think it sounds a little artificial
@@austinjones1084 I found this one bass that can reach about quint higher than this doubling the bass by putting same bass octave lower -choir. th-cam.com/video/vD5rUYQMc0A/w-d-xo.html
@@austinjones1084 My subwoofer does 22hz at its max. It weighs only 100lb, but jumps about one inch jumps without adding some concrete blocks on top with F0 being 18hz... Voice box is in the middle of your throat and then there is your chest and your waist and your legs and your head... you would have to be over 7,5 ft tall!?
Greetings from Brazil! I simply loved your vesion! For 2 years I've been looking for a female participation in this song, and your arrengement is perfect! Sorry to ask, but is there any way of finding the score you're using online? or would it be possible for you to send it to me? I sing in a amateur choir here in Brazil, and we'd be trilled to perform this song! thank you and congratulations!

The whole mix sounds very artificial to me. Almost to the point where this could be a synth choir. :(
I'm sure it was nice singing though, too bad!

Absolutely beautiful ❤❤ Is the sheet music of this arrangement available? Where?
Those sopranos are really strong
that's what makes for great music! the angels are 90% soprano icydk
It's beautiful!😍 Is it possible to get the notes for that beautiful arrangement?
It is available for free on BYU's website, arranged by James Stevens, the soloist of the original

Hi, don't know if it's still actual but you can get the sheets for free from the BYU Music Store
good afternoon, can I buy sheet music?
Brilliant! Please is it possible to buy this song as a sheet music?
@@zoli232 Thank you!
Because so many are lost and just floating around and flandering themselves without being real contented to a life given to them.
Wonderful! Sorry, which arrangement is this ?
Wow...
When people said that robots would take over what humans do, I didn’t think they would take over music. 😬
0:39 anyone notice the creepy thing in the background on the left of the conductor?
Lol, that a mirror showing one of the singers. It does look creepy I admit.

The arrangement was written by James Stevens, not Sören Gieseler. Could you please correct that?

Nice rendition! But the choir needs more bass voices.
Agreed it's a bit too top heavy, either that or mic the basses up or get them to sing louder slightly. But it is amazingly done!!
Good! But the Mormon version is better...
Amazing .
