These are for every person studying in an educational institution doesn't matter you are fresher or not. Each program have there own eligibility criteria you can look by going through their websites. You just need to have good linkedin, github etc. profiles, and you need to know some technology stack that's it...just fill the form....

@@VrindaGupta i have visited some websites but their only eligibility is to be 18+ or affiliated to any ug/pg college only. Their is nothing is written more about technical skills.
I am going to join college this year what should i do to get in these programs?

@@anshumanshukla8526 you take admission and after that wait till the next semester then fill up the forms till then maybe you can learn some programming language make your github and linkedin profile you can check mine for some idea and then apply... technology stack is not an eligibility criteria it is the basis on which you will be selected..you can apply once you are in any College
