Hey bud, so I use substance for my stickers as well. Lamination does not affect the air release. Air release is textured channels in the adhesive. These channels allow the air to disperse and not leave bubbles. Lamination does not affect this property.
It's nice that they offer to cut them down like that. Perfect for BN-20 users. Thanks for sharing.
They also don't charge for cutting them down or the shipping.

How does substance compare to oracal?
I have not done any direct comparisons. I’m going to try to do that in a future video. I know that I am very happy with Substance & have no desire to try anything else. I already know some of the largest sticker manufacturers in the country are using this same stuff.
Hi Mike, I'm about to place an order from Substance and am debating between PM2755 or PM3750. It would be for truck door decals. Is see the 2755 has the flo technology. Does that make it safer for vehicle paint if they wanted to remove it later? And does the 2755 have a different look to it??

Appreciate the VALUABLE input on your vinyl supplier. It’s hard to find vinyl cut down to 20” for the Roland and I will be placing orders for both the vinyl and laminate because of this. Much luck in your business! I’m a new subscriber now!!

Sorry I don’t ship directly to India. You would need to use a third party company that specializes in shipping from US to India. They will provide an address in the US that I can ship the stickers to & then they will forward them to you in India.
I just placed an order with Substance (thx for the reference!) and can confirm that the notes section is already showing up on the confirmation email for the order. That was a quick turnaround from Dan! Same thing here, ordered a 60" roll and asked to cut down to 20" for use with a BN2-20.
