I love tge 80's music and metal artists to some extent but have never heard a metal artist sing a praise song especially Amazing Grace. Dan does this sing greater justice than anyone ive ever heard before. Im his newest fan for sure. Love his Hotel California rendition too. He is a true artist! Dan Vasc, first saw him on Friday Night Tight several years ago. He is Brazilian, and one totally awesome dude. Friday Night Tights is the best shows on earth. He ended up singing their anthem. Give him some serious love, in competition with Gary from nerdrotic, whom I also love, to get to 1 million subs. I’ve stumbled on this just less than 48 hours ago and it is seriously blowing up YT, I have lost count on how many times I have watched it and lost count of how many reaction folk’s videos and I’ve also now watched dozens of other covers Dan has done including his one man band cover of Bohemian Rhapsody and a couple of other Queen covers he’s done including I Want It All and The Show Must Go On. I’ve also listened to his Enter Sandman cover, seriously he ain’t put a foot wrong in my opinion. He also did a cover of Elvis’ Love Me Tender but he did that as a gift to a fan who reached out to him saying that her husband was terminally ill asking could they use Dan’s cover of American Trilogy at the funeral!! Wow, how kind and compassionate is that …… recording a song just for her and her husband?! It’s also a great way to nurture a devoted fan base 👏😊
Someone else may have already put this in the comments I didn’t read them all. But the other song that he does a cover of to me that truly features his vocal ability and a somewhat unique vocal arrangement is Sound of Silence. Check it out! Most of the other covers he does are good but honestly they are so well done as a cover that I’m kind of missing the uniqueness of his extraordinary talent with the perfected similarity of the cover and arrangement. But again, check out Sound of Silence - it and this are my number one and number two of his.

If you want to react to more of Dan's stuff, I recommend his version of Toss a Coin to Your Witcher. It's the song that introduced me to him and it does a really great job showcasing his vocal range.

He does do the national anthem!! Look him up THEN watch his apology for doing so!! You will LOVE it!! My husband told me to watch his apology. I was so afraid the apology was going to disappoint me….it didn’t!! The apology is awesome!!
I am not a metal fan. But I am a huge Dan Vasc fan!
I’ve stumbled on this just less than 48 hours ago and it is seriously blowing up YT, I have lost count on how many times I have watched it and lost count of how many reaction folk’s videos and I’ve also now watched dozens of other covers Dan has done including his one man band cover of Bohemian Rhapsody and a couple of other Queen covers he’s done including I Want It All and The Show Must Go On. I’ve also listened to his Enter Sandman cover, seriously he ain’t put a foot wrong in my opinion. He also did a cover of Elvis’ Love Me Tender but he did that as a gift to a fan who reached out to him saying that her husband was terminally ill asking could they use Dan’s cover of American Trilogy at the funeral!! Wow, how kind and compassionate is that …… recording a song just for her and her husband?! It’s also a great way to nurture a devoted fan base 👏😊

Someone else may have already put this in the comments I didn’t read them all. But the other song that he does a cover of to me that truly features his vocal ability and a somewhat unique vocal arrangement is Sound of Silence. Check it out! Most of the other covers he does are good but honestly they are so well done as a cover that I’m kind of missing the uniqueness of his extraordinary talent with the perfected similarity of the cover and arrangement. But again, check out Sound of Silence - it and this are my number one and number two of his.

Mr. Vasc does sing the National Anthem. His version and Whitney Houston's version are tied for 1st in my book, can't choose between the two. Hopefully Mr. Vasc will take that as the high complement it is meant to be.
