I ate 3 cookies because I thought they weren't working. I was high for 5 days too and thought I was going to die for the first 24 hours. His description of it being "heavy" is real. It's funny now, but it was terrifying.

i always thought that, even tho they say you can't overdose, it could prob cause you to have heart issues.
@@luceatlux7087 no heart issues, probably just what most folks call "couch lock" when they get high, but just on an extreme level. I could move fine, but when I was laying down, I felt like I was sinking into the bed like someone was sitting on my entire body. I'm guessing more sensory overload than anything else.
That’s why I like to have a benzo around just in case lol, a Xanax would have leveled you out.

I ate shrooms one time and didn’t feel a thing, so I doubled the dosage and it hit me like a brick wall! My heart was beating so fast I thought it was gonna come out of my chest. I started praying and got in my sauna and eventually I came back to earth 😂

Edibles can be super nuts, I had a similar experience. We used to get these cakes and cut them in 4 pieces and blast off for 12+ hours. Had one in my car and the frosting melted to one side. I end up splitting the cake with a friend and I ate the side with the frosting (he wasn't super big on sugar). Few hours later he's feeling nothing while I'm traveling through time. Turns out all the hash\THC was in the frosting, not the cake itself. I was high from Friday night until work the next Monday. Felt like I ate a half ounce of mushrooms, I was falling in and out of dimensions while rolling around in my bed watching insane visuals while my eye were shut like someone glued mini TVs to the inside of my eyelids.
Do edibles FEEL different than smoking? Are you more prone to freaking out?
My friend is ALWAYS trying to get me to do this edible stuff he has (one of those grower-connoisseurs who knows everything about everything).
I'm not rly into mj at this point (even though I did have a phase in life where I did it all the time), but my favorite type of experiences are the chill times that feel most akin to opiates (which I love). I just wonder if I would like edible stuff.

Glad to know I was not the only one that this happened to. In 2014 I ate too much and was under the effect for almost a week.

This is the greatest story I’ve ever heard😂😂 the animations made it so much better too.
I made a chocolate bar with a couple grams bho melted in and forgot it in freezer. Dad calls me like a yr later and Im living a few hours away then. "what was in that freezer chocolate?" It took a few seconds to put it togeather then instant concern/guilt. He at first didn't belive my that it was just thc. My mom was cleaning freezer, claims she ate a chunk fingernail size and tossed rest for tasting off. Just as my mom and dad finished an hour bike ride my moms "legs disappeared" she laid down in the front yard. My dad grabed neighbor friend who's a doctor. Vials were fine but my mom was convinced she was entering the afterlife and dieing.. they call ambulance who had no clue, and kept her in hospital overnight. I got the call a day after she got out because they finally put it togeather. They made me go to their neighbor friends and explain so they would be worrying. My dad had to lie to insurance and convince them it was some one time fluke, still an emergency but not the unknowingly ingesting drugs kjnd.

Lol it took some time for sure. I've accepted that it was 100 my bad for not labling it and forgetting. Going to the neighbors was embarrassing but they've known me for a while so weren't shocked and relieved to know. My mom thinks it's funny now but the memory instantly kills by dad's mood when it comes up. I can just see him trying not to get angry all over again. One of my top L.
I had a supervisor who ate a cookie at work that his college age daughter left on the counter. He thought he was having a heart attack and another employee took him to the emergency room. We are Air Traffic Controllers. The manager showed up at the emergency room and found out it was THC in his blood. The FAA was going to fire him. They finally agreed if he went into a drug treatment program they wouldn’t fire him. That’s the way the Government works man…no logic, but at least he kept his job and retirement.

Just thinking of my square parents who consider themselves "modle citizens" having to sit in a group circle.....I think I'd have to just take a charge for involuntarily drugging them before that happened.

That's one of the coolest things about THC you can't OD on it. You can take enough to get blasted for days on end but you would have to take so much THC it was physically blocking things up to OD on it

Reminds me of the first time eating a cookie at a bluegrass festival. The guy said whatever you do don't eat the whole thing even if you think it's not working. Well about a hour and a half in I thought it wasn't working and ate the other half and within a half hour I was on a White knuckle ride ended up running off to the side and throwing up and I was SO high even into the next day

I've decarbed 2 grams of shatter mixed it with a teaspoon of coconut oil then added that mixture to a cup of coffee. There is a limit to how high you can get, and once you're there the question becomes how long will it last? For me 2 days. It was awesome I've never slept better.

the highest ive taken was 1000mg it was a brownie i made, i made my friend each 250 dosed onee and i had a full bottle of oil left as well as one brownie. i decided to pipette the ENTIRE bottle into the brownie and eat it. i could taste it so much but it was worth it, about twenty or thirty minutes after ingestion i started to feel like i was swaying and then i ended up at my house! three hours later and i didnt remember a bit. the only thing after that i remember was trying to watch netflix but being so high that i couldnt pay attention so i turned ofd the tv and just messed with the sheet on my bed😂 i woke up the next day feeling high and it lasted about till i went to bed the next night ( keep in mind this was my fifth experience with edibles, my first experience was a 15mg gummy and i derealized😭😭)

Brain maps of each person also have individual variation. When a thc receptor is located on a brain region that produces anxiety rather than relaxation or creativity, the result can be unpleasant.

I experienced a similar thing. Friend had made these brownies and use a very high amount of cannabis oil. We all got super high. I remember texting one of the people that I did it with at work. They said that they were feeling the effects 4 days later and so was I.
