- www.engvid.com You had your chance... but you lost it. Now you have the chance to learn how to talk about lost opportunity in English! Master the usage of the modals could, should, and would. Learn how native speakers use these three modals to talk about what they could have, would have, or should have done -- but didn't! Then take the quiz at www.engvid.com/... .
I want to thank you for this enlightening lesson! I should have started watching your videos much earlier so I could have improved my English considerably and as a result I would have got better marks at university.
nice example
@@AbdurRahman-zu3smThank you for your remark!
It could've been better if you had written some examples.
You have a very well-written sentence. All you need to do is replace"It" with what you are referring to, such as "The Lesson."
Best teacher ever, he's better than my english teachers from high school.

You are the best Canadian English teacher!

You could've written some examples on the board.
I am a Taiwanese English teacher.
The reason why my English is so good in comparsion with most of my fellow Taiwanese is that I have been constantly learning and practicing English.
Hopefully the average Emglish ability level for Taiwanese can improve a lot in the very near future.
I have finished watching this video completely.
This video is awesome!!!!
It is bloody useful!!
Big thanks to the teacher and all the fellow students around the world.

Your sentence is almost perfect, except there should not be a comma after the exclamation mark.

I should have watched this great video long time ago, because it is great great great 👍🏻
what does 'couldn't have' mean ?
"Coulda - shoulda - woulda" (that's slang) but it's a term implying that someone is getting overly bent up about lost possibilities in the past. It actually means "Could have, should have, would have".
