Prepare a right perfume... Not based on sexuality. Your perfumes are at rock bottom class.
Are they supposed to be experts of perfume industry? They might know how economics of a business works but they seem to know little about perfumes. There is no Sport from Dior which is unisex.

Bhai agar apko sasta clone perfume bechna hai na to becho under 500-600 label par ek uska “elixir” version ya PARFUM version jo thoda aur zyaada last kare wo bhi banao aur usko under ₹1000 becho that’d be my suggestion to all of the budget perfume companies.
