Great video! I just replaced the blower motor resistor pack in a 2001 Chrysler Voyager. I've got heat and air again! Thanks for the video. The part was
as cold as it is here in New England I just went out and confirmed my blower motor is good by apply 12 volts to it. I am hoping its the blower resistor and I plan to pick one up today for $15 at Autozone. When I took it out it was loaded with lint, dust etc. Very rusty too. At this point I am glad it wasn't the fan motor.

Good evening my friend and nice to meet you!
Great video i appreciate you!
Is it okay with you if i can ask you questions my friend?
Simple. Effective. Thanks much. Forget the haters and detractors.
Why not just bypass the resistor by essentially shorting it to the lead that would receive the least resistance anyways?
was your fan motor only working on high speed?
can you just ground the black wire of the blower motor. I was under the impression 12 volts is always present on the green wire.
