Doesn't a shelf company cost annual reporting fees if it is dormant? Not very reputable when payroll companies use them as tax efficient vehicles to mitigate employer taxes.
Please note that shelf companies have different regimes, depending on the jurisdiction. In Romania, we do not have actual dormant companies. We can suspend a company's activity for up to 3 years and no, there are no corporate fees involved.
Last 4 years working Romania but November 28 my trc card finished now working cargus company but company late submission my pepper and immigration rejected my application I am so big problem so please help and suggestions mam 🙏🏽
