This is a bad ass fucking trailer.. no one else is touching this man in the game as far as all the details .. he thinks about what we truly use in the field and and has fixed things I never even dreamed could be fixed. This is as top of the line as it gets boys and girls
A friend in the business sent this to me… and I drooled/watched… and now I’ve got to go be ok with my trailer?! lol. Very cool to see that it’s possible. Even if I cant afford it, it’s possible to make a rig that has everything.
You remind me of myself in my sandblasting business. I put the same details into our blasting rig. This trailer seems ideal for tackling a bunch of different applications. So nicely done. I want one!
Hello awesome. Can't see the name of the filter for the soft wash where you flush it out is awesome so I can put one on my system. Can you please let us know what it is and where we can pick one up. Thansk
Man, I love how you think through all the details. The evolution of your systems over the past couple of years is amazing. Are you rebranding Keystone Pro Wash Products as Manta?
I like what you did with the soft wash set up, real clean. If I am reading you right, this is basically a stainless pumped pressure washer that you use an electric valve to either draw directly from the buffer tank when in the closed position or from the mix manifold in the open position, basically it is an "upstream injector" or equivalent to drawing mix like you would if you were to pull from a batch mix but using the manifold like most soft wash systems. Is this the first one? I was curious about the SS pumps ability to hold up, I haven't tried one due to cost and the unknown, but I do know that every other SW pump I've tried fails after a few months. I've resigned myself to using 12V since at least when they go out I'm only out a couple hundred bucks and being new I can't yet afford the $4k pumps or probably $10K SW set up until I'm using it every day. My main question on this is what are you doing with the bypass and unloader with this set up? Can you come off the trigger without contaminating your clean water tank or do you have to disengage the clutch to stop the pump first? I am about to do a medical clinic that is about 45' tall with just over 1000' of linear wall and with the cost of renting a lift and the time that adds to a job, I'd love to have something like this that I could hit it all from the ground and have the GPM's to get it done quickly. What would that softwash set up cost to have built or I could call you if you'd rather it that way?
It looks great, but it's absolutely useless where I live. Most everything is street parking, and it's hard enough to find a spot to park your van. A trailer concept would be a waste of good money.
👏An amazing trailer. The details are incredible👍
I would never leave the job with that equipment. Best setup I've ever seen.
wow that is a beast of a trailer

Dang!!! That is a thing of beauty. I missed the surface cleaner. Is it under the trailer?
Wow! Can’t imagine the time, brains and energy that went into making this trailer. Especially the soft wash system. For sale?
