My experience with TMS.

Hi friends! In September 2023, I completed a 6 week treatment for depression called TMS. It helped me an incredible amount and I wanted to share my experience. I hope you're doing well and having a great start to the year! :)

trauma is so real and annoying at times haha. it shows up throughout our lives in different forms. I feel like sometimes we may have healed in our "adult/grown up" phase, but we havent healed that hurt little girl that actually is the victim and is the one who actually experienced the trauma to begin with and that is what always shows up. Healing her heals that inner child wound.

I'm just about to start taking Lexapro and I'm curious if you are still taking it and what your experience was. I really appreciate having your videos on mental health here. Knowing I'm not alone is very helpful.

I will start rTMS next week for 6 weeks everyday Monday to Friday. The hospital is 1 hour drive each way for me I really hope it will work for me since so much time committed.thank you for sharing your experience

I'm going in for a consultation on Friday for Deep TMS. I hope my insurance will cover it but...
I'm a bit worried. I've heard of bad side effects like headaches and such. Then there's the people who didn't feel a difference after doing tms. I'm honestly sick and tired of having to take meds all the time and they eventually lose their effects anyhow.
