Hi! We have our own CRM. Does anyone know whether there is some other way how to send leads? Also how to send direct messages marked as leads?

Which CRM are you using? You could do a Google search saying: “Facebook leads to *whatever your crm name is*” and see what results you get. If you can’t connect it to your CRM then you could have them go to your email instead through a service like Zapier and then you would just have to input them manually into your crm. Not as easy but a workaround nonetheless if your crm isn’t supported to do it automatically

@@ShawnBell We have our own CRM software solution non available to public. I found out that you can do it through Facebook API and Webhooks as described here: developers.facebook.com/docs/marketing-api/guides/lead-ads/retrieving#webhooks. Migh be useful for others. :-)

Reign Relic If you download a list of your Facebook ads it will go into an excel sheet

Reign Relic if you have leads come into Facebook and want to download them then it will download into an excel or csv for you. I hope that’s what you are asking, if not let me know. The excel sheet will show you the info of your leads (name, number, email, etc)
