      I'd react the same. It's extremely uncommon to see a woman capable of doing upper body calisthenics just like a male gymnast.

    Hi from Finland Lindsay! I really liked this video because I don't usually see girls doing these exercises and it's really motivating to see you doing them. I really like doing pull ups and you gave me couple of new exercises to try. I really like your videos on Instagram and it is nice to see longer training videos here in TH-cam😊

    I love that you showed a workout that doesn't use weights! I don't know if I have access to monkey bars like this, but I'd rather do this than go to a gym

    I wish I had confidence to do workouts like this around people. My anxiety is too bad. I barely make it to the gym when I start going. I like going when no one is there which is at like 5am. But I haven’t been to the gym in like a year. I want to do what you do.

    hi, bit of a long question sorry but when doing pull-ups do you think the stretch at the bottom is important because when i do them i usually go down about 3/4 so i can hit a higher number of reps (usually around 10) or do you think it would be wise to focus on the stretch too and sacrifice a few reps, again i apologize for this being super long.

    I used monkey bars for the first time since childhood last week and I have blisters! I've been scared to use them again 😞
    You are in amazing shape! I'm naturally fit and am just starting to workout at a new pond with exercise pit stops. I'm completely intimidated by this tho- Goals!

      True, but she also weighs less than half of what they weigh. There's a reason gymnasts are small and light.

      ​@@tomggabin5838Well it is ratio of her strenght to her bodyweight but do not take nothing away from her .
      This is not easy ,she make it look easy .
      Most of the guys in my gym do not even touch gymnastic rings ...Reason ,very simple to hard ...
      ,so weight thing is only half truth . ..Her core strenght is insane /and that what you need for calesthenics. Being light do not give you superior core streght ,training does

      I would guess no added benefit and limiting in fore/aft hand position for people of different heights, though I notice each cross run has different spacing.
      Ease of moving hand spacing and usage of the outer bars is probably the incentive.

    Im futher away at Tammarama beach outdoor gym ha ha ha ,those push up on monkey bars are great I do them on paraller bars normaly used for dips ,you stole my idea 😂😂 BTW you core strenght is crazy

    Hello Miss! I wanna ask if this workout could straighten our spine? In your opinion, did it help your back straighten? I have scoliosis and doctors advise me to do monkey bars. I'm pretty chubby and my arms are pretty weak and I can't do as good as you so I need some tips from you please! How do I start the monkey bar workouts as a beginner? Any tips?

      Just try feeling it out naturally and listen to your body, and progress with more sets and reps as your baseline increases

      Manectric7 her overall body weight is low. She is short and very lean, probably only weighs 112lbs or so. A 112lbs girl can maneuver her body much better than a 180lbs guy.

    Wow, this had a lot of good content, I expected it to be a waste of time after the start of the video. Sorry for not believing in you. I now see that you are clearly a master level monkey, disguised as a human female. Also stay safe out there, that Bondi-sun really packs a punch. I took off my shoes for a 25-min stroll in the sand once, and later shed all the skin on top of my feet.

    Very few men and fewer women have the genetic potential to ever do these. Lindsay doesn't look very muscular. It's not hypertrophy; it's genetic connective tissues and leverage. Mother Nature plays a major part in this.
