The full theme is around 3 minutes and 30 seconds long I believe, 3 verses + 3 hooks. And yes the official name is "Higher Brain Pattern" as confirmed by the HHH Game Vinyl where "Cerebral Assassin" was labeled as "Higher Brain Pattern v2" and that it needed a name.
