Great video. A little tip I use when soldering to connectors. To prevent the pins from moving out of place, plug the other end connector into it while soldering. Wait for it to cool down before removing the other connector and everything should still be in place.
Ha! That's an awesome tip I love it! Thank you! I'll definitely be doing it like that from now on. I feel like I should have known that though lol. And thank you for watching!
I came here to say the same thing. Guess im running late, i should check my watch is correct.
@@paulmccullough7352 Thanks! I should have known this tip but I been using it on all my soldering now when I use connectors so it's much appreciated!
The editing was great!!!!
Thank you! I'm trying to learn! I can build 12 3D printers and run them but editing videos I knew nothing about 😂
So glad you mentioned the 90 degree part. I was about to print the wrong one for me.
Happy to help! It can be a tough part to print as well so if you need some help with that just let me know :) Here or in the LeeMerie3D Discord.
Great video. I wished I had watched something like this before I printed mine. I probably need to reprint it.
Thank you! Glad it helped you out. I have another video I'm almost done with that you might like as well 😁
This is on my todo list if for no other reason than air circulation
Absolutely! It works great for this. It makes my heat soak times much quicker than before and the chamber temp higher.
Btw, I just saw one of your videos! That one where you opened the parts from West3D!! Those were from me!!!! 😁 Thought that was really cool when I saw it lol. Small world.
Well, if you have any questions or need anything just let me know, I would be happy to help! Have a great weekend!
Trying to print this upright in abs. Sides warp mid print 1-2mm causing fan part to not fit well to cartridge. Any tips on that particular model or just apply regular abs tips?
Oh no! These parts from my experience you need a really warm chamber as well. It sounds like you know about all the tips to print abs so I wont bore you with those. Other than just maybe get your chamber temp up a little higher, use a brim on it if you need to, and adjust your temps (bed and extruder). I typically run bed at 108 and hot end at 255. Except the first layer I have the bed at 112 and the hotend at 262. Very warm!. I have found that using a very hot first layer temp, it makes that first layer stick very well. Also if you haven't seen my other video check it out. It has a lot of information i there thats really needed to keep your prints stuck to the bed well. It was one of my first videos though and I messed up the zoom on the slicer settings. So might need to zoom a bit to see those. I think it will be very helpful to you though! Good luck and let me know how it goes! :)

I've having this same issue. Had the warped parts sitting for 2 months trying to decide if I just make it fit by cutting things down and a poor fit, or reprint. With the reply below, I may try it once more.
@@MallocArray For sure give it a reprint. Also check out the other video about warping I have. Make sure you wash the plate as shown in the video as I had lots of warping issues for things I had no idea was causing problem. Let me know if you need any help though!
11:03 Press on that flat circular area under your right index finger next to the magnets. You missed another temp support. Then you can screw in the other side :)
Thanks! I did get it popped out and screwed in there. Appreciate the tips! Hope you liked the video as well 😄
What's the purpose of the sliding door on the V6?
Good question! The V5 duo has the sliding door on the top that covers the whole top and uses a m3 to hold it on. So it just replaced that big door so you can get carbon in and out of there easily :)
Cool, might make it. A shame it doesn't blow under the bed and instead of up towards the weakest point insulation wise, the doors, though.
It's a very nice mod for sure. I had the V5 duo on all my machines. I do agree with you on this though. You could flip it possibly but I'd have to look and see if that's doable. Glad you liked the video! Check out some of the other videos. The Klipper to the cloud video is very helpful for making a backup of your machines. Hope to see you on the next stream as well!
Check out The Filter.
@@Thisdudechannel Do you use the Nevermore V6 or the V5 duo?
I have an older version, any reason to update?
I would say your fine with the V5 if you already have it. If you get a fan that goes out or something like that would give you reason to go ahead and upgrade to the new one. The V6 will give you better airflow and is better, but if what you got is working, wait until you have to tear something down to upgrade ;)
Pretty please don't use blur in your camera app.
Lol, yeah this was one of my first videos unfortunately. I've learnt a lot since then! I almost took this video down but decided against it.
@@leemerie3d it's all good. Being bad is okay. Staying bad isn't. Great video and thank you
@@dougshellusn Thanks for watching! Check out some of the newer videos of ya get a chance. Getting better with each one :)
