    Another great diagnosis video.
    Wanted to give you a quick tip I tried and works well with a constantly clogging desoldering gun as you mentioned. Try a set of welding torch tip cleaners, only 5 bucks most places.
    They are essentially just round micro files and work well with my own hakko gun.

    Im working on a nanao kb240331d with a vertical collapse. I want to change the vertical ic chip but there is 2 of the same chips one is next to the flyback and other is towards the middle of board. I'm leaning towards the one in the middle since it's c401 and that oscillator chip is ic401. Thoughts?

      You should be able to test the legs to ground and the only leg that should read to ground should be the one that’s supposed to. If any other leg reads to ground, that’s likely the bad one.
