The difference between his diet and mine is he eats healthy, I eat everything. I eat about 5lbs of meats veggies and some kind of rice or noodles daily and don't gain a pound overall. If your body has a high metabolism you can pretty much eat anything, the big difference is he works out, I just work. If I was paid to work out all day and eat healthy I would look like him too.

I enjoyed the video but for anyone watching a lot needs to be said. A low carb diet is not consistent with a big bowl of oatmeal and pastas shown in the video. 1.6% body fat is impossible elite bodybuilders struggle to get below 5% body fat. Side hurdles or hurdles in general are not a good way to Jude a vertical. Hurdles only determine how high you can bring your legs up. Think of it as a flexibility challenge instead. 2 people with the same vertical could have completely 2 different jumps. Not to say he isn’t explosive with a 300+ pound clean. Also working out at the age of 5 is usually dangerous and could negatively impact development if not under supervision. But overall really enjoyed the video
