    Day 15 DONE along with the Leg and Butt from Wednesday! I have been doing cardio this last week, mucho anxiousness. For my mental health! Then also the stretch! My body is strong sweaty and happy!

    The fact that I did the level up version of each in the second round and also did a 15 minute ab video prior to this makes me so happy and proud of myself!
    Before I used to feel that Sydney is my competition and I have to do more or equal reps to hers but now I have realised that my biggest competition is my last workout self, that's what I have to top.

      I wanted an easy, quick workout. I was right it was quick but boy it wasn't easy. I'm dripping in sweat and no longer feel sluggishness 💪

      @@laramiller4207 heck yeah! Same to you! I've been working out regularly my entire adult life but these workouts are so fantastic, especially the way that they're programmed. It makes the thinking and planning part effortless and I always feel like I got a good burn.

    I used to do only Chloe Tiing and Pamela Reif workouts and never felt like I was fully engaged to the point where I was sweating - today I started working out with Sydney's videos and it's such a MAJOR upgrade- Thank you so much or your work and your great commentary!!

    Sydney! Please make more of these 20 minute workouts. They really help to jump back into working out especially during weeks where you cant bring yourself to move.
    And they are great in the morning as well when you dont have much time but are forcing yourself to move before work😘😘😘

    I did this workout in the gym of my apartment. Halfway through a mom came in with her baby in a stroller. It made me think of Sydney and baby h working out in the near future! Also a great reminder of how strong women are!! 💪❤️

These last 8 weeks have been particularly hard for me, with a broken foot and a shoulder injury (car accident) and yet, I've managed to make your videos work, modifying my way with chair and crutches. You're the best.

    Did this at home I have done a workout everyday so this was a perfect Movement day with sweat pouring. I stepped my game up with all exercises and I can do PUSH UPS on my toes!!!! I caught your live about drinking water 💧 from the time u wake up I did that!! Let's see what else I can conquer lol bc IM STRONG 💪
